It’s 12 million and can go to 16 with add ons and there is a sell on clause.

Great business but would have loved to see Patterson as the first choice RB before he moved on. The timing just wasn't right for him breaking through. All the best to him.

Heart and hand reporting as 12 up front going to 16 with add ons plus sell on. 30% is sell on I was told.

Not saying you're telling fibs Bellshilllad83 but i'd be totally astonished if we have a 30% sell on clause inserted in the deal for patterson🤔I would imagine maybe 15 % sell on clause and 20 % sell on clause, absolute maximum mate 🤔.

If true amazing business for the club - just can’t turn down that sort of money for a player who does not start - will give gio some spending cash - hope it happens soon and hope Patterson does brilliant in the Premier league.

If the money quoted is right it is a no brainer. While I think he has real potential we are selling at a price greater than we have ever sold a first team regular for. It truly is crazy money imo. I have always beat the drum for getting top prices for our assets and this really is that. I just hope this money will allow us to hold onto the rest of the squad and push on too 56.

There’s not a sell on fee missed the boat again with that. because he won’t be at Everton long that’s for sure.
The money is a good return for a lad that hasn’t really played all that much for first team, but when he has been brilliant, I just think we could have done a little better, and should have inserted a 20% sell on fee. I’m getting a little frustrated with our club in way which our transfers are being handled.

15% I seen no danger is it 30%.

Is it a percentage of sell on or profit on sell on?
ie sell for 10M, next club sells for 9M we get £0?

Regardless wish the lad all the success he deserves the shot and hopefully gives the rest of the youth a kick up the backside to realise what they can accieve.

This is my understanding from people close to the Club. £12m fee of which £10m immediately, additional £4m based on first team games, 15% sell on Clause.
