I loved Morelos as a player and if he picked his dummy up and sorted out his attitude then I will again but as we all would love clarity on the matter! 🐻.

Need to be really careful we don’t have the equivalent scenario to Celtic with bobo balde. It could backfire on us very easily if he’s not moved on then we have a player not interested and picking up whatever he may may be on 20 25k 🤷‍♂️.

I don't think the whole situation is being helped with our clubs inability to handle things behind closed doors. I have said it before if morelos isn't sold then we have an unhappy player that has rightly or wrongly been criticised publicly several times by our manager. The relationship won't be there and his value will go through the floor.

Its just my opinion but I think we are struggling to sell Morelos. The French league has started and Lille haven't exactly been banging our door down to get him.

A focused Morelos would be a great asset in our quest for 55 and if he doesn’t move hopefully he does start scoring the goals.
Might be an option to play 2 upfront especially with the strikers we currently have, especially when Defoe and Itten return from injury.

Unless we have the funds available to allow us to buy a quality box to box midfield player and a right winger then we need to sell Morelos, (assuming that another bid comes in), to fund new players. With Aribo back we will surely see Barker removed from the team but Aribo is a central midfield player not an outside right and in any event our squad is wafer thin. We have moved on at least eight players and while we have currently signed five of better quality we are still well short of a squad that can dominate the league and secure a run in Europe.

Berkshire blue I think when aribo returns we will play a fluid 3 behind lone striker with none having set positions. They will have freedom to go where they want with regards to position. Agree with the rest about needing to sell morelos to bring in the 2 or 3 players we need.
