A message for The Stuck here. Only passing on what i was again told late last night.
The only reason up 'till now that rangers haven't yet moved for dykes, is because they're waiting to see what happens regarding morelos, before making their move. If morelos does get sold, mirko maric is the striker they want to bring in to replace alfredo.

They would then move for dykes as the squad striker, who along with defoe when fit again, would cover maric, who would be gerrard's no.1 striker. I was also told dykes agent has been asked by wilson and gerrard to keep them informed if any bid from another club is likely to be accepted by livingston, thus allowing rangers not to lose him. Time will tell mate 🤔🤔.

hi SGL that doesn't make sense mate, so if Morelos stays then he doesn't come? surely according to you that he was coming either way, since it was only this week did we learn Morelos was likely going. and you have been saying for about 3 weeks now that Dykes was coming. if its not the case and he comes whether Morelos goes then why not just bring him in anyway. He WILL never be first choice striker.

If we do sign Maric, who would be my no1 choice, I’d be bringing in Shankland over Dykes as I reckon that would give us better options.
