Don't know if I'm seeing this differently but we seem to be offloading or trying to offload a number of players without any replacements being lined up we are down to the bare bones middle to front. January is meant to be the most important window to add to the squad and push on in Europe and domestically yet we have not made one signing is it that we have overspent and the well has simply ran dry just got this horrible feeling all is not well behind the scenes hope to god I'm wrong.

Sounds like you have been browsing too many Celtic forums Gary.

We are offloading deadwood, players that don't need replaced. Herrera, Docherty, Murphy etc. Those guys were never going to play so what's the point in paying their wages? The squad was massive, SG said so himself. I do think we need 1 or 2 in though.

January has never been the most important window Gary . quite the opposite. jan generally full of panic buys ( check east end ) all serious business done in summer.
Their wage bill must now be extranomical . or comicall. depending how you look . A bit of form to get back to where we were with this team before their hols is what we need 👍.

We were told at the start of the window we need to get players off the wage bill if we were to add 1 or 2. I don’t know why people are surprised we are getting rid of players not of the required quality to maybe bring a couple who maybe are.
