We are rumoured to be interested in Evertons young CB Lewis Gordon who is supposed to be unhappy at not getting 1st team football. If this is the case he will not be happy coming to us to sit either 3rd or 5th choice.

Just read he can also play left back. Could this mean the likes of halliday and flannigan could get moved on if we get this lad on a pre contract? I like this recruitment tactic buying young hungry players with potential then mixing with the right experienced plaers. Future looks to be in good hands not just in first team but seem to have talent and looking to add talent at every age group/ team.

I would keep Flanigan. He definitely has a lot more to give. He is a battler and games against the mob are made for guys like him!

I think Flanagan has done well for us and expect him to stay beyond this season. Halliday could be allowed to go without weakening the squad and not sure he will remain beyond this season.
