Can remember big Gough telling me that after a particular bad game Souness dragged them all in for a Sunday session. As much as he tried Gough could not calm Souness down, one of the hardest days trying ever he said.

i would like to say how refreshing it is to see us playing good football and getting the results this season. i still cannot believe the turn around in form and it is not just the style of play it is the goals we are scoring. brilliant team goals just look at the lee wallace goal yesterday it was brilliantly worked and executed. let's hope it continues and even when we wrap the league up i believe these players will continue to want to win every game.

also a point on ally i think it is time to put this to bed what happened has happened and we cannot change that. but i will never hate him because okay he was not a manager and he should never have taken up the role as i am firm believer that ex players should not manage the club they played for. he is a hero in my eyes for all the goals he scored and his record against that other mob was brilliant. also he gave me my biggest cheer when he scored that wonder goal against switzerland. i also believe if he had taken that penalty against england at euro 96 he would have scored instead gary fud mccallister missed it and craig brown made a massive mistake in leaving him out of the world cup squad in 98.

the past is the past let's leave it there and move on.

onwards and upwards.
