Perhaps they want an extension so others can be prosecuted as well? Perhaps they've uncovered more evidence which can reinforce their case against these people and maybe even others? Who knows where this will end.

It is a massive and most complicated and convoluted case.

I am happy that the judiciary are seeking an extension thus ensuring that they get it right, as they will get only one chance at this - remember the four amigos will have a lot of lawyers pouring over all the paperwork.

As long as they nail the bar stewards!

bluewookie the extension is not to charge someone else if they don't get it green and whyte walk away scotfree because there are only 14 days to get the case started

Bigwull don't you worry mate I garentee the courts will give as many extensions as it takes to get these crooks to court, hey it could be worst for the accused they could already be in custody, dying for trial to start then wham another extension,it happens believe me,the courts are allowed 3 extensions if the accused are in custody,so I would imagine they would be granted more extensions if the accused are walking the streets
