With Ally having "urged" Derek Llambias to sort out the contracts of Smith, Black, McCulloch etc etc, (according to todays press), maybe the board thought that enough was enough. do we want them for another year on exorbitant salaries & mediocre performances. ? Time for change I think!

my choice would be a young up modern view of approach of team coaching and would go for some one like Alex Neil of Hamilton
