I've just heard a rumour from a guy at work who is a hibs fan. He reckons hibs want Colak on loan for the season. Anyone heard anything about Colak.

Never in a month of Sunday's will we allow big colak to go to hibs on loan bellshilllad83?They may or may not want him but won't be getting him. I wouldn't deal with they spoon burners the way they deal with us when we're interested in any of their players?They f*****s can jog on. There's absolutely no chance we'll let colak go to any scottish club on loan and none could afford him otherwise bar celtic and he ain't going there. Sws personal question mate, would you be happy not getting played and would you accept being 6 in line for a start and not in our European squad and barely even on the bench what would you do? me personally i moving he'll be 30 year old very soon, Beale choose Sakala and Morelos before him now he's got Sima Lammers Dessers hopefully Danilo Roofe Sakala Colak he will be 7th choice, if he does stay i will be more than stunned unless he's very happy doing as previous said.

I actually like big colak I think he's a big honest pro, actually think he's a terrific finisher and in a pairing up top or players close to him like sima and lammers in the 3 up top he could be a real asset but i think we will sign another striker and he will be away.

No beale i would be wanting to play but i still think colak will stay for now and give it his best at least until january to see how things are going. We can never predict anything in football so to flip it what if colak gets in the team for whatever reason and starts banging them in every week mate, which he's undoubtedly capable of what then if he has possession of the jersey ?.

Plus if as you say we play with 3 forwards then we need at least two or three on the bench. So he may not be 1st choice but he's certainly not 5th 6th or 7th.

Yeah but you said Lammers and Sima are not going to play as 9s because they aren't 9s, you said Sima is a RF and Lammers a 10 or LF that's what you said. Sakala isn't a 9, Roofe is unfit and unreliable so we only have two 9s, Dessers and Colak. How do you know it won't happen? Its just your opinion. we aren't going to play Sakala in "beale's system" as a 9. Sakala was playing before Colak in the run in there because we weren't playing "beale's system".

Colak's a goal scorer, don't get why people don't want a goal scorer over link up. Imagine Walter Smith saying "McCoist is a great goal scorer but he just can't do the job I want him to do". Both Walter and McCoist would laugh at such an absurd statement. A striker has one job and that is to score goals. And before anyone says its the modern game striker kite. Goals have always won and always will win games of football.
