Its going well. Its still early days. We are getting better. Ibrox is returning to its "dont want to go there status". We have a manager who applies a relentless and ruthless work ethic. The journey has only just begun. The unwashed are in meltdown. Us v them at Ibrox for me is when we will truly know where were at. In the meantime turn the screw by racking up maximum points and watch the timplosion! :)

‘Commonsense’. ironically the best post for a long time, my sentiments exactly. tip o the cap sir.

Agree, I love it when the manager is still not happy with certain aspects of the performance. Obviously this means we will get better. We were sloppy in patches near the end yesterday but to complain about a 5-1 going on 10 tonking of a decent side shows just how far we've come.

we need to get in celtic faces. that's the only way to beat them. Sitting off like we did in the last game only makes them look good.

but even getting in their faces is risky because of the pace/ quality of some of their players

confident that if we do get stuck in we would pull off a victory. hearts will be a tough game though.

I just hope Gerrard falls in love with this place so much that he never wants to leave, because at some stage a premier league club will come calling and if it’s his beloved Liverpool it’s a tough choice- he is an absolute touch of class and I hope we enjoy many years with him at the helm!

True Geopac3 but I'd hope that only Liverpool will. turn his head I wouldn't see why he would want to go places like Watford, Brighton or Southampton unless of course it's down to money!

There truly is no comparison!

I believe that he is here to serve his apprenticeship. Liverpool is undoubtedly his ultimate goal but there's boxes to be ticked for that to become a reality. Winning trophys including a league title would improve his cv. Europa and CL experience would too. Its a winner for us as when he moves on he should have our club in mind for loans/ sales of players etc. Him and Rangers can both win.

I don't think that would be a tough choice for him at all, and who could blame him for that. Like Kazmania said, hopfully it'll only be Liverpool and hopfully not for a few years.

Just need to hope Liverpool continue playing the way they have been for the last 9 months and we won’t have anything to worry about.

Realistically, he has to prove himself and there is no harder choice than Rangers! #FACT

He's only going to improve his CV

If he can somewhat win the league first year of asking and get to knockout stages of Europa He has done tremendously well

Even getting second place first year of asking (To Hearts hopefully) and Europa knockout stages along with a domestic cup he would've delivered in my eyes!

I take my hat off to the man and Gerrard will forever be one of us now

To put any doubts to bed, whatever he liked about Celtic will be long gone I'm sure he owes Rangers lots of gratitude aswell for believing in him from an inexperienced point of view

My God, if this pulls off A MASSIVE WELL DONE to Davie King and Mark Allen

Gerrard oozes class and the last time we had that type on the field was Brian Laudrup and Walter Smith as Manager

Keep up the work Gerrard and Co. We are loving getting our Club back where it truly belongs.

Sorry guys, I meant if a “BIG” premier league club comes calling he’d have a tough choice- if he does a great job here- the likes of Brighton, Bournemouth, Huddersfield and Watford’s couldn’t attract him! He is an English legend, won major trophies and captained his country- if the job here is well done only the “BIG” clubs could attract him away, this is Stevie G we’re talking about not some has been like Brendan Rodgers were talking about😂.

I agree with the seeker and was dismayed to see our defence fall asleep near end of second half. Was horrified with that back pass near miss thinking here we go again conceding in the latter stages of the game. Thankfully Saints missed several chances we gifted them.
but what an outstanding result and hope we keep the momentum going.

Rangers is just a platform for SG to learn his trade. compitition in Scotland only 2 teams that win the league Rangers or Celtic so Scottish football isn't great. eat out of a bad bunch. For SG to learn with Rangers is great opertunity for both of us. Every one comes to Scotland so the can move on to England. We are early days we have momentum and winning. (Feels great) EVERYONE is going on about Sunday. St Johnston aren't a great team. We didn't fair to great with bigger teams so far. Draw aberdeen, manky mob beat us. So early days we will soon see how we get on against hearts.
