Was told by a good source with connections from the club that before the draw for the quarter final of the Scottish cup the directors wanted an old firm tie at Ibrox to create revenue that is desperately required asap? Must admit I am never shocked anymore what goes on at Ibrox 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧.

If revenue was desperately required then why didn't we sell Morelos? I don't normally bother myself by these things but please people have some common sense and perspective.

26 Mar 2018 15:03:31
if Any reasonable bid had came in Morales would have been sold! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

26 Mar 2018 15:14:59
Can any1 tell me is our club in serous trouble again

26 Mar 2018 15:29:43
for all those denying Morelos bids actually happened, how do you explain the BBC guy's apology when he had to back track and admit there had been? Wouldn't imagine the BBC would want egg on their face, especially with how they perceive our club, if they weren't certain they were wrong the first time?

If club was in dyer need alves etc would have been out the door on friday kranks

Personally it all pi## but all we can do is wait n see what round the corner

26 Mar 2018 17:11:31
I think our club having to go to close brothers and claiming it was a overdraft is a sign all is not rite at our club.
As for the morelos situion it was more than likeley some board members would have wanted to sell him as made business sence to cash in.
But then you would have had murty and king and some other believing there was a genuine title challenge so they wanted to keep him for this reason but that has not happend.
We definatley need funds that is clear.

26 Mar 2018 18:27:07
Yatley1 find this hard to believe considering the tie was always going to at hampden so I think that blows your theory out the window

26 Mar 2018 18:29:35
This is a big week for us. We need our accounts for 31st so Friday for the business world. Last year we got away with unaudited account to the SFA for European license don't know if they will let's us away with unaudited ones this time. Also D. King need to made his offer this week in accordance with the takeover panel verdict. Big week

26 Mar 2018 19:49:13
gersman I think you will find the quarter final was played at Ibrox and the semi is now at Hampden? 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

26 Mar 2018 19:51:53
Most business operate with overdraft facilities it's a nonsense to suggest that this is a sign of problems. No bank would offer this without thoroughly vetting potential borrowers and ensure that this could be repaid. Also an overdraft could be requested to be repaid on demand

26 Mar 2018 19:54:47
@gersman
He said before the quarter final draw not the semi final. Quarter final games are not played at Hampden.

26 Mar 2018 19:56:44
If you mean the draw for actual quarter final tie then that's seems strange as the gate money would be shared anyway, so there wouldn't be much sense in giving half the money to our bitter rivals and also running the chance of being knocked out?

26 Mar 2018 21:01:55
Yatrely, the directors were obviosly thinking about the supporters, don't want it at celtic park that place is falling down, lots of work needing done, bigger job than current work at our place, imo.

26 Mar 2018 22:44:15
Allygee243 the fact we had to go to close brothers is not normal practise
For a football club and it certainly is not a overdraft facility like the club claim the why we need to even go to a firm like close brothers is anyone guess but what we do no for certain is we require heavy investment if we are to compete for the title

26 Mar 2018 23:03:40
Allygee I agree that most businesses operate with overdraft, but we have now found out that our overdraft facility told to us by Mr Robertson is in fact a secured loan. The security is everything but Ibrox stadium and MP. The bit that worry me most is the lender Close Brothers they seem to be the wonga of merchant banking.

Tend to think if club was in serious trouble media would have jumped on it.

27 Mar 2018 11:33:27
TBH don't think any of us know state of Ibrox structurally.
