Murty has done well with this crop of players but when things go wrong he can not change things to get us the results needed.
This is no fault of his own the board have fling him under the bus they have to take responsibilty for the mess we find ourselves in we where crying out for a experianced manager and they go for murty as he is the cheapeast option for them.
If they get this manager choice in the summer wrong then they should be packing there bags for me we need go all out to get the best manager we can.

i agree with you murty has done really well and afterall he is a youth coach
but i still rather have the team as it is just now rather than it was with all the bampots we had running it

Yes the team has played a bit better under Murty but and they are big buts if Aberdeen win their game in hand I know it's an if they are in second place, we have lost seven games at home this season a record and Murty has been in charge for five of those, for me simply not good enough he is a youth coach who has been thrown below the bus by this board and it hasn't worked, fans are so desperate for success they cling to everything, Murty is great with the press, I could listen to him all day talking football well for me I couldn't care less if he never spoke I want success, I spend a lot of money following Rangers and it's just not good enough the board must find investment bring in an experienced manager who can boss a dressing room, the team cheered when we got Celtic in cup that should never have happened they should shut up and do their talking on the pitch or the big question is can they?

Have to disagree with a few of the things he has said during press conferences. He was wrong to play down the assault which ended Ryan Jacks season the tackle was scandalous. Also thanking Brown for his contribution to Scotland was one of the most cringeworthy things I’ve ever heard. Our home record under him is poor and he has shown a great deal of naivety in the last 2 games. Should go back to being the u20 coach

We need to get behind the man and stop shooting him down after less than a season. Its not his fault the team lack creativity against defensive sides. As for the celtic game, poor defending cost us. We should have won that game. The only reason brenda flung on an attacker was because his teams can't defend. We r missing ryan jack, mccrorie, dorrans and bates. Three r key midfielders and one a key defender. If we bring in better faster centre halfs we would reduce our goal loss by ten easy. If we had beat celtic, you could have all said give the man a contract. he's cut the gap between them and us massively this season. If we finish a strong second and put them oot the vup there will be no complaints here

Murty is too nice and he hasn't enough experience for a huge job like Gers, I wouldn't have windass in the team, he goes walkabout to often, but on Saturday they all went walkies.

The reason we lack creativity is solely down to murty. We have creative players in the team. Tavernier, John, Goss, windass, Murphy, candias, morelos, Cummings are all attacking creative players and tbf with a tactically astute manager would flourish. The fact we are the leagues top scorers shows this to an extent however his negative formations and style of play hinders these players. How often have we seen long balls lumped forward for no reason at all?

I fear if we don’t show ambition and intent on the Managerial front, many will not renew their season tickets, which means less money to spend on quality players
Season Ticket renewals will be out in the next 4-6 weeks. We need to show some ambition. I like Murty but he’s not the man to take us to the next level. 🇬🇧
