We have loans on 6 month deals because I just can't see Graeme Murty being our gaffer after that. he's out of his depth he is shocking at decision making. I'd take 3rd place now.

Third is not good enough once we split this season we will be better and murty has done a great job but also agree with the assessment that he doesn't have a plan b and makes the wrong changes at the wrong times but remember he is just learning as well
