It serves our enemies well if we are in a constant state of disruption. we need to back the manager the board and the players. Celtic are a half decent team and we can only get close to them in steps. January might see us securing Maclean and Walker which will improve our squad depth and give us options. It's tough to take at the moment, but we must stay strong and let our voices of support drown out our foes attempts to destroy us.

100% agree with you here ron59.wish there were more bears like you getting behind the team n most of all backing Pedro all the way. its only way to get us back up too where we want too go.

Is McLean that good? When Motherwell beat them recently their supporters went too complimentary? Or is it he isn't interested in playing for them and if that is the case? Then that isn't good either?!

I hope Pedro turns it round but he won't. Not sure backing a manager who's clearly below par is going to do us any good in the long run. The person that out him forward for the job has a lot to answer for.

he had what 8 million to spend he got rid of a lot of duds and yes he bought a couple aswell but most of his signings are an improvement and if u are looking for all the signing to be brilliant then u need a reality check.
the guy has done a good job and just because celtic beat us and we have had three other poor results doesn't mean he is below par.
he has infact improved our squad with better quality but need at least anpother transfer window to prove himself .
he must be given time before all u negative lot out there ask for his head just so we can go back to square one!
getting another manager would only mean he would want more money to spend (we don't have)
and even if he did manage to get a new squad what about if they don't gel straight away what then?
all the same people would be crying for his head as they want results straight away and not to see progress over the course of a season.
i mean if u can't understand that then u are as dumb as the unwashed fans

we need to get the keep calm and follow follow signs back up as rangers will get there but just not as quick as we would all like

Sorry guys but Pedro just has to go. The experiment hasn't worked. He hasn't got it, plain and simple. He is miles out of his depth. I keep saying it and will say it again - Alex McLeish - a no brainer
