Waggy on way out to Bristol City.? Surely not, definitely a backwards step in his career imo.

King balancing the books!

30 Aug 2016 09:47:11
Is a non story, some speculative crap that they could bid if they lose a player! 0% chance he'd go for this either! End of!

30 Aug 2016 09:56:33
Anything we get for him is a bonus if the bids good enough I'd take it he hasn't shown he can go longer than a season without injury.

30 Aug 2016 10:17:48
In all likelihood it's a non story but I for one are not convinced by waghorn, he is bang average at best!

30 Aug 2016 10:17:54
Ross, that's a bit unfair, his knee injury was unfortunate, Smith really shouldn't have taken him down when he did. His hamstring injury, well that's just one of those ones, you can't help it when that happens.

30 Aug 2016 10:37:50
This happens in every transfer window.

Last minute nonsense. No one coming into Rangers apart from Senderos, who can sign after the close, and the media as always getting diddly squat from MW.

So start a rumour about someone leaving to produce a little transfer excitement.

Haven't the fans caught onto this yet?

Doubt even Bristol City with a decent amount of money coming in would stump up the cash we want. He's a great player for us, but honestly, he had a decent 2/ 3 of a season in Scotland's second division.

They are not paying anywhere near the amount the board would accept.

30 Aug 2016 10:38:50
Any bid of £4m+ . take it. He's good . but not irreplaceable!

30 Aug 2016 10:46:16
It was Waghorns goals that got us into The Premiership.
But every player has his price but this must be total speculation by the media.

30 Aug 2016 10:47:11
Hull after kodija from Bristol and they are considering waghorn as a replacement.

30 Aug 2016 11:18:17
onlyshowaround I'm not saying he is a bad player or anything but the reason we got him for so cheap was his liability for injuries. He missed half last season and has already been injured this. If the right bid came in I would accept it not because I think Waghorns a bad player more what we could do with the money.

30 Aug 2016 11:48:38
Adrian Mariappa still without club, weird one if you ask me, Mw should get this guy signed before transfer window closes tmoz.

30 Aug 2016 11:57:47
It's a non story. end of!

30 Aug 2016 13:35:02
Actually can't believe what I see on here most of the time, rangers fans slagging the players get your head out your @ss boys we're not the rangers we were. We can't sign world class players anymore, take what we're giving. Personally I think waggy is a fantastic player he scores goals is that not what you want in a striker? Some idiots on here talking about his tackling ect WHY he's a goal scorer, goals win games end off.

30 Aug 2016 14:24:20
You're right Mario. can't believe what i read on here at times. Same when reports of a bid for Tav from Turkey came out, the amount of people on here saying we should take the money for him as he wasnt that good. He's been our best player by a mile so far. And where are we going to get a replacement who will score a dozen goals a season. we've little enough firepower as it is without letting waggy go.

30 Aug 2016 16:37:13
I know it's all about opinions on hear but some bears on hear want to wake up. Wanting tav and waggy to go surely we should be keeping our best players to challange that other mob. Might not be this season but next season we won't be far away. But if you sell tav and waggy nochance.

30 Aug 2016 16:38:33
Mariappa back to Watford.

30 Aug 2016 19:18:55
A striker doesn't need to be a good player just needs to score goals. Which he can do very well any 1 happy to see him go aren't rangers fans sorry.

30 Aug 2016 19:51:33
There is no way that we should sell Waghorn or Tavernier but we should be bringing in at least one top quality centre back, two, if we sign Senderos.

Unfortunately it would not surprise me if we brought in nobody and Waghorn did go.

30 Aug 2016 11:48:11
If the price is right any and every player is up for sale.
If RFC get their price for him and the monies go to MW then why not.

30 Aug 2016 11:58:31
Hull are interested in kodija and have put a bid in of 14 million so Bristol city will have money to spend ten million for tav and wags reinvest the money back into the team.

30 Aug 2016 14:45:37
Waghorn and Tavs got the bulk of goals last season; big loss if Waggy was sold to balance any book and what about Tavs; so much for a big move to Turkey. If no Waggy who else could score double figures, Miller, Doodoo, Windass, Garner. don't think so! Why would DCK want to seel players when he has all those millions to win the League?

30 Aug 2016 15:12:09
Waghorn is a big player for us, there will be no one leaving this season never mind this window, we want to at least make a challenge.

30 Aug 2016 15:25:28
He has not agreed a new contract so the rumours are inevitable. He may well leave for double his wages.
