Ed are the three bidders getting the rule ran over them to make sure they are fit and proper ? Is this what's holding up the preferred bidder announcement ? Cheers mate {Ed001's Note - they are meant to be, but I am not so sure I have much faith in the checks myself!} What does this test consist of?
