09 Apr 2012 21:26:30 It is likely that you will exit administration , probably by liquidation and newco purchasing the assets. Rangers will be out of administration in some form or another by the end of the season. The current situation benefits nobody and the club can't and won't be in admin long term. Either a CVA will be agreed (hopeful) or liquidation will be the way forward and rangers will move on from there. Also if the tax case goes against us we wont appeal, it would cost too much and if they are unwilling to accept a CVA anyway there is little point. If HMRC loose they will only be allowed to appeal if the judge rules there are grounds for appeal. The only person who said HMRC would continue to appeal was Craig Whyte. My guess is that with Rangers still in admin, there will be a points penalty at the start of the season. Don't see the SPL ejecting a club in administration unless it can't fullfil its fixtures etc. ← Back To Rangers Rumours
