On a sad note for our football club as rob kiernan is considering his position, as a glasgow rangers player, due to the uncalled for abuse and actions from MORONS who call themselves glasgow rangers fans! Now let me make one thing clear, i'm not defending some of rob kiernan's below standard performances here, but WE as rangers supporters should never resort to that type of behaviour; towards our own player!

Get these persons banned, we don't need or want to be associated, with these types of people! Dig them out and get them out! My message to big rob is simple, big fella we are an outstanding football club and please don't let they morons, put you off our football club! Keep your head up, the majority of us bears are the best supporters in the world, big fella!

This is not the rangers way to treat any of our players like that! let's get behind ALL our players, management and our football club in general! Instead of some morons making us all as part of glasgow rangers football club, a laughing stock! Its one thing to have your say, which of course is fine, but we should NEVER lower ourselves to those standards like those morons! Not the glasgow rangers way! I truly hope big rob kiernan is OK and not too badly shaken by all this! Keep your chin up big man!

09 Feb 2017 19:47:23
Spot on mate these folk should do 1

09 Feb 2017 19:55:54
Not the rangers way? We turn on our own players and managers all the time when things are going bad

09 Feb 2017 20:06:15
Totally agree with your post SC11,no player deserves this and despite what so-called fans think Big Rob's effort and commitment should never be called into question. No DCM protection plus the posted missing Full Backs doesn't help.

09 Feb 2017 20:20:29
Aye he is just a young guy living out a dream as a pro footballer which any real football fan would relish even if you were the worst ever you do it because you love it and for some idiots who could kick their own arses want to threaten him it makes my blood boil. Cb normally develop later on I think if we played 3 at the back with hill in the middle big Rob and Danny Wilson would come good.

09 Feb 2017 20:40:30
Well said supercooper, I don't want Kieran near the team but when and if he pulls on the blue jersey of rangers he will have my full support.

09 Feb 2017 20:52:26
Totally agree. Not a fan of his. But let's keep our dignity.

09 Feb 2017 23:20:45
He is a pretty decent player but at times a lack of concentration from him results in mistakes by him having hill along side him will help him but he needs to roughing up as the demands of being a Rangers player means there's pressure all the time on him.

10 Feb 2017 01:30:01
What about the so called supporters who attacked the woman employee, nothing was done about that, and the guy who orchestrated it ends up sitting in the directors box.

10 Feb 2017 08:37:52
Yeah no one attacked her, she was hit with a snowball firstly Zandermac -

Secondly - what about all the fans that abused Lee McCulloch by booing him, were they all banned?

10 Feb 2017 10:33:45
Rob and Andy deserved to be dropped as other teams scored directly from their mistakes, being dropped should be punishment enough as they will be gutted but to round on Rob like that is over the top and disgusting, it could also have a negative effect on other players by putting even more pressure on them

10 Feb 2017 10:44:36
Totally agree with all posts on big keirnan. Did it happen in players lounge? If it happened in there surely they morons are known to someone inside the club.

10 Feb 2017 12:10:49
Well said supercooper, couldn't agree more. These so called supporters should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves

10 Feb 2017 12:21:12
I feel sorry for him. It's not his fault he gets picked every week. But can you imagine barry ferguson or john greig quitting ibrox because they got 'abused'. Personally I don't think he has the character to play for rangers

10 Feb 2017 13:17:33
we are rangers and we are all raging with the performances but to target one of your own is terrible i get it off my chest on here.
i would never turn round and shout at my own all that will accomplish is denting their confidence.

i will say one thing though if that enough for him to leave then he should go as long as he is rotten he will get abuse so either grow a pair or go away.

i for one wouldn't miss him but don't agree with the way he is being treated.

10 Feb 2017 13:18:26
also we are the best fans in the world when your a good player but when your a bad player we are one of the toughest clubs to play for.

10 Feb 2017 13:51:59
Rob if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen son, weak mentally and an awful player.

10 Feb 2017 13:53:30
I couldn't agree more coop, our centre halfs get left out to dry at times, by our forward thinking fullbacks, I feel sorry for big Robbie, he does give his all, but has a lot to learn, he's definitely got the perfect build to be a centre half, but I think last sat would have really shocked the big man, more so because it was so called gers fans who done it. ban them for life

10 Feb 2017 13:58:45
Disgraceful behaviour by some Rangers fans. Kiernan is a good young player who kops flak for everything. He gets the blame for a lot of goals when its actually waldo and tav who never track back.

We lose lots of goals at back post and Kiernan seems to get blame for lack of awareness but reality is our wide players give no cover to our centre backs. who are pulled all over the place leaving gaps galore.

09 Feb 2017 16:27:02
red bull and all that. bull. sorry. All this coming out from those high in the clouds or heads in the sand. Get real, unless we are in europe then no chance, scottish football is hardly a great prospect for making money and that is what big investors want. Rangers so called fans, not all need a reality check. What we have is what we have. We have to live within our means and I do hope all the nob rds who have made rob feel the way it is reported should go look in the mirror. Take a hard look and realise our club is made up of real people who male mistakes but should at least deserve some respect if we can't give them our backing. Shame on any of you so called fans.

09 Feb 2017 17:49:34
your going a bit overboard there mate, everyones entitled to their opinion, its a bit rich you calling shame on the fans, its only a minority who are on kiernans back are entitled to moan because he is gash

09 Feb 2017 19:49:53
Wall I don't believe the rumours but u say there is no chance without Europe but that's not the case going by the way they invested in the other clubs again though all crap in my opinion anyway

09 Feb 2017 23:22:25
Yes it was a disgrace that our fans gave big Rob a hard time, but I blame our manager for not getting him out the team for a bit way before when it was obvious that the pressure is getting to our players, now they are realising what it takes to play for a club like Rangers and that includes the manager he is way out his depth here and needs to walk away

10 Feb 2017 13:21:49
doubt that rangers will deal with red bull but we need something and we need it fast

09 Feb 2017 14:40:32
Hearing rumours McParland is ready to quit due to budget. Source: the Sun.

09 Feb 2017 15:48:29
Is his job not to scout the best talent
And best deals for that young
Talent.? I'm sure we could
All Be a scout to buy players at millions. And also think
We need to get more scouts and broaden the search aswell.

09 Feb 2017 15:54:12
Would believe anything that comic says. But something seems to be building at club hopefully good news or horrendus news.

09 Feb 2017 16:52:31
Alex, scouts don't look for hidden gems and that is it. even at that, hidden gems can cost 500k (Andre Gray) 800k (Scott Hogan) .

McParland isn't being given the budget to find players of a decent level.

09 Feb 2017 17:57:18
How do you know he hasn't been given the budget . We all don't know what's going on behind the scenes . He go Rossiter, Windass and crooks we had to pay for them. He is been given something
He has just chosen these guys that's not worked out well.

09 Feb 2017 18:41:51
That should say hidden gems that are going for development fees and that is it.

09 Feb 2017 19:51:34
Just gets guys he saw at Watford

09 Feb 2017 21:25:32
He has done nothing since he arrived, if he goes then we could certainly get better with Mitchell at Spurs being head and shoulders above this guy!

09 Feb 2017 22:27:57
Typical Sun rubbish, no sources, nothing to back up the fairy tale, the only hopeful part of the whole piece of fantasy was that Kiernan is allegedly considering his future.

10 Feb 2017 12:54:29
How can you argue he hasn't had the budget. Spent near 3 Million on Fees or Development Fee's.

10 Feb 2017 12:46:04
I rated frank mcparland but i do agree with you TOMUSA, regarding how good paul mitchell of spurs is! Its a very good shout mate, mitchell i also rate better than mcparland and at southampton also, mitchell excelled! Would be a tremendous coup if we could replace frank mcparland with paul mitchell!

10 Feb 2017 13:26:10
mcparland knew what our club was going threw and knew we had no moneys to give him so why when the majority of his players have failed do we see him walking away.

its to protect his reputation of being a good scout.

i guarentee that we told him we have no money and even if we didn't its common knowlage

09 Feb 2017 13:22:35
Hearing that Jordan Rossiter has an issue with his back that is common in young people where his back is slightly larger in proportion to the rest of his body therefore making it easier to injure leg muscles due to increased strain, hence the set-backs. I've heard that once he's back playing he'll get scans after every game and that he WILL grow out of it once his body is more developed.

10 Feb 2017 00:41:50
Rutherglenbear! I've just heard the man responsible for us signing jordan rossiter, is poised to quit rangers! Our head of recruitment frank mcparland looks very much, on his way out of rangers! Hearing its budget issues or lack of it where mcparland is coming from! What NEXT?

09 Feb 2017 22:24:10
Don't think we can look too much into what Warbs done in Jan regard spending as he could have spent 10m and for what to secure 2nd and being limited to players that he prob wouldn't have went for in the summer due to more better options available! I'm really hoping mega optimisticly that King will give Warbs a decent transfer budget. Worst case 3-4m best scenario anything between 7-9m outfit any outgoing transfers. And what's this about Adu is he available? is he out if contract? if he's got a club while is it? Info Bears plus i'd take him the lad was amazing but prob pure nonsense!

09 Feb 2017 12:35:42
Hearing warbs is in london just now looking at a player? Any ideas bears? apparently it was on the radio

09 Feb 2017 13:35:25
He is more likely looking for a job

09 Feb 2017 13:38:43
Mesut Ozil, Not happy with current form of team and looking for a loan away for the remainder of the season.

09 Feb 2017 14:22:00
Hardy har har in all seriousness i thought it was a load of guff but you never know

09 Feb 2017 14:31:07
Why is he looking at a player the now is it maybe and out of contract or can u still bring in a loan signing how does that work

09 Feb 2017 15:03:42
Pre contract for summer if anything

09 Feb 2017 19:43:33
It certainly looks to be true

09 Feb 2017 21:27:09
There are a number of players that are out of contract and Jelavic is also available.

09 Feb 2017 23:56:01
sum1 out of contract! don't think that what we need is players who can't even get a team!

10 Feb 2017 00:29:06
It will be another out of contract injury prone player no doubt

10 Feb 2017 14:53:15
You can still sign free agents, scott87!

10 Feb 2017 15:08:28
Free agents are players which no clubs want? I've heard it all now. Zlatan must have been terrified for his career in the summer when no clubs wanted him.

09 Feb 2017 09:13:39
If it is true regarding the rumour of major investment coming in February/ March, would it bother people if it was Redbull?

09 Feb 2017 09:39:41
It's not coming! while the fat man has his finger in the pie no one will touch us unless they buy the club outright

09 Feb 2017 09:40:15
Only of it would mean our disqualification from european competition. Otherwise i would be fine with it.

09 Feb 2017 10:47:52
If there was to be any significant investment, from any source, I would want to know all the ins and outs of it. If SDM had done his due diligence, perhaps we would not be where we are currently. It all comes down to what conditions are involved.

09 Feb 2017 11:11:54
WOULDNT, i meant to say

09 Feb 2017 17:28:48
Cullin 72, I think Murray knew what he was doing. He has walked away scot free from a situation that paul Daniels would not have fixed. Yes Whyte green Ashley have all messed up and put rangers where they are today but Murray is still never blamed by the majority of rangers fans. So I ask why not?

09 Feb 2017 21:29:34
For me, David Murray and his shorts at Bank of Scotland are 100% to blame. They knew exactly what they were up to. As for Due Diligence, it is my understanding that Whyte also banked with Lloyds Banking Group so they wouldn't have needed to look to far to see that he was a man of straw!

09 Feb 2017 23:22:55
Maybe Ashley has asked for X amount OR there IS a buy out clause in contract that King etc cannot put up IF merchandise is worth between 4-6m annually then god knows what it would be BUT I wonder how much SD are generating from merchandise currently can't imagine its anywhere near even a 1/ 4 of potential amount? Thoughts Bears do u think fat man would go if an offer was put on table for him to walk?

09 Feb 2017 23:57:38
onlyshow where was it u heard this rumour as if it was here thenu know its probably a load of nonsense created by the many manky mob that visit our site

10 Feb 2017 07:28:45
its always somebody else fault James eh! its a rumours/ banter site. enjoy it and stop taking it too serious.

10 Feb 2017 16:13:11
If we were to get investment would need to be the right people an I'd imagine they would want the fat mans contracts torn up would be great but no 1 will invest in Rangers with him hanging over us can't see it happening but would love serious money to bring us back abit quicker as I'm impatient

10 Feb 2017 12:28:38
TOMUSA

Members of the then Rangers board had warned Murray not to sell to Whyte as they knew he was a charlatan however Murray chose not to listen and sold the club regardless. To me Murray is equally as culpable as the rest who followed and if there was any justice he would be sharing a cell with Whyte in Barlinnie

09 Feb 2017 01:28:41
Warburton has been asked his price to walk away and take his magic hat with him.

09 feb 2017 07:42:48
lies lies and more lies!

09 Feb 2017 09:41:22
A year supply of hats and magic lessons. ;)

09 Feb 2017 10:27:00
All we need is some nutter to say 'we don't do walking away' oops already been done!

09 Feb 2017 16:18:42
I think he already knows he is being replaced, we will be trying to get someone in before he is let go, he definitely won't see next old firm match

09 Feb 2017 18:57:52
More single fish from the wee fish supper shop in clydebank

10 Feb 2017 12:50:20
DerHammer, i disagree with you mate! I think mark warburton is a certainty to remain our manager until the end of the season! Then the board will take stock to where we've finished and evaluate the season on a whole!
