Just been speaking with my young nephew who was out in Edinburgh last night bumped into a couple of Hibs players he knows who said that the SA situation is beginning to have a negative effect on the team as he will only sign for Rangers or wait till next year, says the players said they thought Stubbs was being disrespectful as they believe there was a verbal agreement on a bigger club

My nephew is a mate of his in Glasgow. They go about with the same circle of friends, including Halliday. There is no way that SA is going anywhere other than RFC. He says that SA thinks it strange that they will not accept RFC offer as he will wait out until a pre contract can be signed - that is why Rotherham backed out.

IMO £300,000 is better than nothing - Hibs have made their point, it is now time to cut their losses.

Don't think he is what rangers need just now ain't go the best goal record in comparison to games played I would prefer a striker who has a good
proven goal scoring record to convert all the chances we create Murphy ain't out and out forward likes to drop back too but we got loads of that type now we need a penalty box poacher imo

Bigwull, the boy is a bluenose. And you are right it doesn't matter whether he is or not but there was a suggestion he posted sectarian comments to Rangers fans which I'm pretty sure isn't true.

Dont see him being the 20+ st that we probably need, i'm hoping waghorn can start scoring more, as he does good job for us playing uptop in terms of movement and holding ball up.

He is far too lightweight. We need a stronger more muscular forward than what Murphy is. He's more suited to the wider role but we have enough wider players. We need a mobile poacher type player who will do the running as well as score. A more cynical Waghorn if you like. If Waghorn gets injured we will struggle a bit through the middle because you can't expect Miller to play week in week out and Clarke is nowhere near good enough. He might do a job in this league but they will definitely need to bring someone in for next year and maybe that's the plan. We are better off hanging tight till next year before making anymore buys I think. We have enough fire power to go up this year quite comfortably as we did last year but bad management (Ally and co) prevented that. We will attract better players next year for sure.

His goal scoring record isn't great mainly because he's been playing wide on the left but he had a decent record during his Motherwell days playing through the middle
