Is he a free agent? Played well against England tonight in a very good alround defensive display from Norway. I would welcome that signing.

Would be a decent signing for division 2 and better than what we have at the momment at centre back, can't see it happnin though think we will sign berra next week so fingers crossed

Celt here. Rogne wants to stay but celtic offered him a new deal on reduced terms so he's likely to join Middlesbrough though Mowbray likes him think he signed him too, and let's be honest he's too good for division two, I think lennon is a wee bit annoying as he has his favourites I think rogne should be first team.

This might be controversial, but I think Rangers should try and sign Thomas Rogne, he is young and promising, and I think he will get better with game time, and would improve our defence {The Ed039's Note - He's mince)

He's a very decent defender Ed, his problem is he is very injury prone. Everytime he played a few good games for Celtic he suddenly pulled a calf or strained his hamstring. He's just come off injured at the end of that game in the Euro U21's for Norway against England, he had played a great game. Norway won 3-1.
Rangers aren't interested in signing him i'm pretty sure of that but he is a free agent and certainly won't have a problem getting a new club.
Point I was making is he isn't mince. {The Ed039's Note - big and strong yes, but not a good footballer, never rated him)

The guy is useless

Have to disagree Ed. in old firm games he was decent. If we are comparing to goian, perry, cribari etc he'd walk into the team. We could do a lot worse. Wages have to be right but I think he'd be good value and will improve. One of the better Celtic centre halves of recent years and he's young.

Better with Thomas the tank engine

I Personally rate Gasperotta, but Hegarty and Perry are shocking. Criberi is no good either - so I ask myself is Rogne better than those 3. Answer yes, he is easily better so that is reason for my original post

The boys confidence took a pounding after jellylegs persistent fouling, and getting away with it, in the cup final, then his injury problems. the level the rangers are at, and the standard of attackers in that division it would be a dawdle for rogne. he's better than any defender they currently have by some distance. probably paper talk but if he's already settled over here and the wages are okay what is the problem?

He might be mince but he's far too good for any div 2 team. he'd walk onto any NPower league side. Why would he want to play div2 possible JR league football in Scotland. TTTS

See the guys without a team but he does look a bit of a risk. Story goes that he's already made his cash and got there 2 early (16)

Would be a great buy but would he come to division 2?

Good player tbh but think he will want more than sfl2.

I think a wee talk with Coisty would influence his decision to join. Law and Daly were influenced by what he had to say. Bostock would be a good addition.

Law and Daly claim they were influenced by McCoist. A cynic (or realist) might say they were influenced by the chance to earn more money than they were on, without having to move house lol

Rangers to sign Marius Zaliukas within the week, He's not sure he wants to play in the second, but fancies becoming a Gers legend.

So you can become a legend in three years?

What a statement! Feel he may want a hefty wedge, he wasn't on peanuts at Hearts.

Read this on a few sites and newspaper threads. Looks to have some substance. Would be able to remain in the team for a good few years I'd imagine.
