Bosnian international centre half boris pandza is on the brink of signing for rangers, the deal is at a very advanced stage with pandza likely to become a rangers player on Monday after completing his medical, with what I've seen &heard, pandza is a good strong, no nonsense centre half and is exactly what we're needing, a proper out & out old school centre half

I'm starting to fear a cash crisis again, why do we need all these players? I can understand celtic having a big squad as they are in Europe but we don't need all these players.

Agree30 Disagree41

Were paying all the players signed for free the equivilant of what we would have paid mcgregor for a year? Ish

Agree15 Disagree9

I agree. what's actually changed?. buy not grown . were missing a chance

Agree15 Disagree1

McCoist has signed these players cos, as he said, he can't entirely plan long term because if he loses the next couple of games he would be out of a job. New faces had to be brought in to take pressure of the young boys that played most of last year. It's all very well saying we need to stick with youngsters (which I believe is right) but we as fans also have to have the patience with them as that are not going to blow teams away and play great football every week. This patience wasn't there last year and McCoist is in a difficult position to try and establish a long term plan but also having to deliver on a weekly basis with a team with plenty of young inexperienced faces. I bet IF we get knocked out of cups
people moaning we don't need
big squad will be back on here
moaning saying squad isn't good
enough,
That's one reason he is building big
squad as he knows fans demand
success, not just div 2 but at least
getting to cup finals.

Does it not make sense to get them in now, For no fee and low wages on 3/4 year contracts
Rather than waiting for 2 years and being ripped off by agents and clubs looking for a quick buck
We are not the cash cow we once were for the Dundee utd & Hearts etc

We need to have a squad of players capable of taking us back to the top division. We are still not there. If there is a criticism of his current acquisitions it is that we have not yet brought in a decent centre back.

McCoist still needs to develop his scouting system at all levels and continues to suffer from having guys like Neil Murray in that role.

Agree8 Disagree1

@ bill72 we still are a cash cow but not for the players just the manager and the directors green and stockbridge in particular they've split rangers into that many different sections under the one company so they can milk us for a lot more a would like to know how much rangers bring in after they've taken there cut it really can't be that much

Agree9 Disagree1

As long as player wages stay within the 5 million budget does it matter how many players Rangers sign? Cup runs will bring in much need extra revenue from all sources.

Agree7 Disagree3

As long as we give one or two SPL teams a 4-0 humping I couldn't give a flying ****

Agree11 Disagree4

Cup runs!

Agree6 Disagree0

But there lays the problem the wage bill according to C. GREEN was over £7m last season and we added 6 players to that bill-add the rest of the employee, groundmen, cooks, girls in the office and all from season book money of £10m minus £2m vat. Stop now before we end in the same way as last year

I'm in total agreement with the guy with the original post that Christophe berra WON'T be signing for rangers, I can assure you berra is definitely signing for an English championship club and has told rangers of his decision on Thursday morning, berra is signing for either Blackpool, lpswich or Leicester City, so that last guy who said berra had agreed to sign for rangers is well off the mark, take it from me

Believable38 Unbelievable35

Berra has stated he wants to return to Scotland for the sake of his FAMILY. why the **** would he sign for another English club.

Agree27 Disagree19

Hopefully it will be Blackpool if not us. At least he will be closer to Home and will be comforted by the number of Scots that he meets in the town.

Agree14 Disagree6

If he's keen to move to Scotland for family reasons I could just about see him moving to Blackpool, but Ipswich?

Agree6 Disagree3

I would agree he's not coming, but not too bothered as Kung Fu Pandza looks like a perfect fit for us, really hope he get him on board soon

Y does any1 actually care were he is going if he is not comin to us?

Agree13 Disagree2

Last post. how the eff do you know? It is what it is regarding Berra. This is a rumours site!

Agree3 Disagree1

The question is asked, if he has said that he wants to return to Scotland for his family. why would he stay in England.
The answer is MONEY!

Agree8 Disagree2

Ok why don't people wait and c if a deal for betta goes through or not instead of arguing if he's signed or signed for som1 else!
