Heard that we've already pencilled in a friendly at ibrox this summer ie. rangers v liverpool also a good possibility of rangers v tottenham, its ideal just like our head of recruitment frank mcparland has stated that we've already built fantastic relationships with arsenal, liverpool, man city and tottenham, it all bodes well for getting a few if their good, young players on possible loan deals.

It nice to have links with top premiership clubs but I'm wary of further loan deals when we go up.

Served the purpose of getting us up this season and perhaps as cover when we go up, but I think we should be looking to develop our own talent rather than develop another team's talent to send them back.

It's the market we are in now I'm afraid. Would much rather see our own kids come through. At least we now have a much better chance of that happening with the new staff and systems in place. Exciting times ahead!

All you people moaning about us getting some loans from down south don't have a clue how football clubs work anymore, warburton said he hopes to sign 5 or 6 permanent players then later in the window try and get some young players on loan, even the big money clubs down south use the loan market, no matter what rangers do use lot will still find fault, btw that doesn't mean our academy players won't progress it's the opposite, playing with better players will make them better.

How is it ok for us to farm our youngsters to Scottish championship teams but loaning hot prospects from the most financially saturated league in the world a bad thing. I think if the epl did not have the money it did a lot of these players would already be making breakthroughs at their own clubs. The gulf between the epll and spfl is far greater than spfl to Scottish championship so us letting our boys get a regular game and giving some game time to a loanee who has been playing better opposition than our young lads is a no brainer as they in my opinion are more first team ready due to the youth set up down south.

Deeb i'm with you on this one mate, once we get all our problems sorted ( ie court ccase against old board and get fat mike out the road) them we can look to bring new players in if needed, .
