Tony go to rangerstaxcase.com
It is registered at Companies house about this loan, this company deal in mainly "risky" debts, says it all really Timalloy
Tony dont go to rangerstaxcase.com as its just a blog written for Celtic fans by Celtic fans it acts as a security blanket for them every time the Rangers go a couple of points further away from them they all log on and read a few lines then its off to bo bo land and dream of having a threesome with Martin Oneil and Henrik Larrson. the guy who posts it states on it he has inside info on what rangers did was illegal which is amazing as of yet it hasnt been clarified if it was illegal or not anyway it says on his blog and i quote
"I have information on Rangers' tax case, and I will use this blog to provide the details of what Rangers FC have done, why it was illegal, and what the implications are for one of the largest football clubs in Britain"
after months of repeated requests for the bloger to enlighten us as to the legality of it i still have not received any conformation so i have gave up

Why do you keep going on that site tony? Why ask for answers when you dont believe the claims?Do you believe some of the claims?

Your right Tony, it is a security blanket for the pathetic CFC supporters. The blogger has all of this information, knows hundreds of lawyers with inside information, all of whom he cannot compromise, he has leaked papers and knows that 100% Rangers will lose the tax case. Add to that he knows right down to the last £1 how much cash flow Rangers have, apparently he also dated louise lane and has the most amazing red yellow and blue Pyjamas... I think most of the gullible tic fans think he is the new messiah, the worse their team do on the park, the more blogs are added and how the masses flock to the online sermon - get a grip - this blogger would make a great career out of being a fiction writer. He like the rest of us, knows absolutely nothing for certain, this has been proven time and again with the predictions of our downfall, I wonder what sh*te he will write when Motherwell pump them on Sunday.
Agree0
Disagree0
The blogger known as rangerstaxcase declares himself as being a Celtic fan and works closely with phil the donegal blogger and Paul mcconville legal blogger. If as he and his buddies maintain that our tax case is a forlorn hope and indeed hopeless then surely the following questions need answered. Is the QC Andrew Thornhill who represents us failing in his duty by still representing us in a supposed lost cause, really unlikely given he is a QC. Why did we not go to the expert known as rangerstaxcase as he would appear to be the font of all knowledge, should be noted he hasn't actually shown any evidence to support his claims but the Celtic following dimwits cream themselves at every post. Hell of a lot of unemployed legal eagles and tax experts out there, must be the recession. Maybe Sion should employ them.

Is there ant truth in the rumour i heard today that 40 rangers minded millionaires are clubbing together to help us out we are selling Jelavic for 9 million in january and mcgregor for 5 million davis for 4 and starting to play the youngers and we will be solvent again cause we will have money in the bank ? {Ed014's Note - Why would 40 millionaires need to sell our top players to get money in the bank, just put money in the bank.

Here is a recent case thhe goverment had a comprimise with the EBT sheme we are being chased for ---
But Goldman Sachs refused to pay its £30.8m bill. By 2010, according to a public judgment, the unpaid bill with accumulated interest had mounted to £40m.
According to a leaked Government document revealing the minutes of a meeting on December 8 2010 chaired by HMRC general counsel Anthony Inglese, Goldman's tactics were obstructive.
The document also claims that the permanent secretary Dave Hartnett had "shaken hands" on a secret settlement with Goldman Sachs.

The difference is that Goldman Sachs are a world class name & company. They are involved in Billion $$ deals
That`s the difference
Agree0

Yeah Goldman Sachs could cripple the economy easily. Its these big companies that are the reason for this s*** the now. And our government with secret deals etc has been going on for years. No way will they look at rangers the same way. Ger here btw - and i actually think we will win the tax case, the governments broke, they will do anything to recoup money! If they win its just further proof the system is completely corrupt and f***ed.
Agree0

I have heard this has been the situation a few times with other companies but I don't have names unfortunately. I don't think Whyte would invest in Rangers if he thought it was a lost cause

Know a guy who got arrested for stealing the saddle from a nightmare and the wheels from a miscarriage
Agree0

I'd love him to come back at some point, I don't know why people are bitter about him leaving he's a Rangers man to the core and just wanted a new challenge after winning everything with Rangers and breaking the SPL record. I see no harm in him coming back and fighting for a place and having to bang in goals in order to get that starting place.
Agree0
Disagree0
Aye put Boyd in a hard working side.....no dont think so
Agree0
Disagree0
You lot will see in january then and why not put him in a hard working side are you trying to tell me he wont score more goals than lafferty when he is put up front beside big jelavic that will be a great partnership
Agree0

Stop talking to horses mate. listening to them will get you nnaaayyyyyywhere lol
Agree0

Do you think his Apse will still be bigger than his Head ?
Agree0
Disagree0
No way. This is the guy who could have gone to Birmingham for 4million but decided to sit out his leave and leave for nothing, also the same guy who was sulking about the pitch after we won the title a few years back at Easter road. So much for a rangers man to the core.
Agree0
Disagree0
Get boyd back your losing a worker, the team score much more goals without boyd.
Agree0
Disagree0
So boyd has to go to birmingham cause they offered 4 million are you aff yer nut just cause they offer dont mean he needs to go boyd was rangers top goal scorer every season he was there and the first contract they offered him was less than what he was on. if they hadnt of tried to take the piss he would still be there they only offered him the bumper contract cause he was going for nothing.if it wasnt for boyds goals we wouldnt be at 3 in a row or have won the cups we won when he was here he came off the bench and won the cup in the final his self also when we were down to dundee utd
Agree0
Disagree0
Would never have him back if he was such a gers man as you put it he would still be here . He told us the reason he left was because he had done everything he could in scottish football ! (apart from score regular against the mhanky mob ) So has he now decided that there is something still to do here or has he just found out what we have known for years , that scottish football is his level ? s.p.
Agree0

Was the horsre pulling a cart full of apples and shi**in in the street
jmgers
Agree0

Considering he was always going to leave he should have gone to birmingham. We seemed to do pretty well without him last season. U people who would take him back need ur heading looked at . fools
Agree0
Disagree0
Aye fools eh who would want the spls top goal scorer back only player to be top scorer for 2 teams in the 1 season how many people have scored 5 in 1 game in the spl and how many have done it twice aye we need our heads looked at lafferty will score more goals and so will healy and dont give me work rate goals win games not work rate
Agree0
Disagree0
Boyd or jelavic ...know who i would want >>>>
Agree0
Disagree0
In the modern game pace/workrate are a must, especially up front boyd had neither, he lived my dream id have bust a gut did he ever, nobody wants him anywhere we need grafters not passengers highland bear
Agree0
Disagree0
Up front u need pace and work rate alright so he just fluked being the spl top scorer, you would rather have someone running about like sebo loads of work rate but couldnt score and boyd or jelavic why not boyd and jelavic i would rather boyd and jelavic than lafferty.if boyd and jelavic played together rangers would score for fun.
Agree0
Disagree0
Thats a load of pony...
Agree0

Can anyone tell me the number of challenges he won in the air ?
Can anyone tell me the number of goals he scored from headers ?
can anyone tell me the number of goals he scored by running past, or through the defence and slotting home ?
Can anyone tell me the number of penalties he scored ?
He was a lazy player and couldnea lace Ally McCoist MBE' boots, well rid and a much more compact team for it. 4 in a row, let the misery grow
Agree0

Boyd is and always will be one of rangers top scorers in history [ FACT ] you can slag him all you want if he came back and was banging in 20 odd goals a season again it would be wipe the seat time fae yer wet fannys W.A.T.P. and we dont piss on our own thats left to the other mob

Thank god at least some people have the same view as myself, there is no point in signing guys and not giving them a chance when there is clearly a chance for a run in the team, get McKay in the side and see what he has to offer.

Also,
Just heard a rumour that Bill Leckie will be doing a big spread on the current tax affairs at Rangers regarding Craig Whyte. Apparantly Mr Whyte has rejected an offer to strike a deal to only pay back 10% of what Rangers owe HMRC resulting in Leckie asking the question if Craig Whyte actually does have any money whatsoever to strike any sort of deal.
I don't normally post any rumours but I am bored to death so thought I'd post what I've heard.
Believable7
Unbelievable31
Or is it a case of the tax man now running scared , maybe Mr Whyte is very confident of winning the case ? s.p.
Agree0
Disagree0
Fact . EBT’s were effectively stopped by HMRC in December 2010 . They have already lost 3 court cases against companies that use this scheme, therefore maybe Mr Whyte is confident of the outcome. 5000 uk companies use this scheme.
Agree0
Disagree0
EBTs arent illegal, and thats NOT WHY RFC are going to court....its the way that RFC implemented them thats tax evasion, and thats illegal...
Agree0

..So if its tax evasion....why are we going to court?...why are we being allowed to debate it...?....i think your talking nonesense.... {Ed014's Note - The debate is over the fines and penalties, not the actual bills

With records released on the Companies House website confirming that Rangers have given a fixed charge security over their assets to an English finance company called Close Brothers, it is clear that Whyte is selling the family silver in return for delaying insolvency. The news that Rangers came within a few hours of having a winding up petition approved against them yesterday is quite remarkable. That Whyte has had to resort to the desperate end of the corporate finance spectrum shows how close to the edge things have become.

Close Brothers ? One up from Wonga.com

Close Asset Finance are an asset based lender doing the same thing that the asset finance arm of every high street bank does - they buy equipment, in Rangers case, kitchen equipment, and lease it to the buyer over an agreed period of time, usually 3 years, after which time title will pass to the buyer. They have taken a fixed charge over the asset they are leasing (why wouldn`t they? They own it!) and any other assets they may think necessary to cover their risk. In Rangers case, they may even have a floating charge over the assets, which simply means that, in the event of the doomsday scenario, their floating charge would descend over the unencumbered assets of the company and, subject to agreement from the Insolvency Practitioner who would have been called in, they would lay claim to sufficient assets as would get them their money back. Oh, and incidentally, they would STILL own the asset they were leasing. In every business in the world that has normal banking facilities (overdraft, term loan etc.), including the tenants of the Glitterdome, the bank will have fixed charges over any pieces of equipment they have funded and are still owed money on, and they will also have a floating charge over the assets. As we are all aware, The Rangers do not currently have normal banking facilities in place and so Close may have taken advantage of that fact and as additional security for financing the new kitchen equipment, they have secured for themselves a floating charge. CW has sold NOTHING - he is investing in new equipment, which I would guess will be paid for by monthly premiums which will be guaranteed from the revenue stream generated by food sales. The only thing unusual in all of this is that in more normal times, these sorts of deals would have been done with our bankers - as things currently stand, CW has had to go to the secondary lending market that`s populated by Close, Singer and Friedlander etc. etc. Otherwise, this all NORMAL business practice! Incidentally, I am not a CW apologist, but I do think he is entitled to our support until we know much more about where we`re going under his leadership.

Heard a rumour we're set to sign Derek Riordan on a free until the end of the season as a short term replacement for Naisy. Granted he's not half the player Naismith is but if we can get him on a free then why not. His club in China want shot of him after he went AWOL.

Are you John from Radio Clyde. His comments are just as stupid. Motherwell to join us in Europe.
Agree0
Disagree0
I would forget about him - seems like trouble anywhere he has went and simply not good enough - we have other guys in the squad who should be given a go before this clown.
As for Motherwell to join us in Europe. My fear about administration etc is not that we will lose enough points to cost us the league but that we will not be allowed to play in Europe meaning Motherwell might well replace us in Europe!
Agree0
Disagree0
U have to question a guy who has lots of talent ends up playing in China. I would give the guy a miss. wasted talent
Agree0
Disagree0
Surely the fact that Bedoya and McKay aint kicked a ball should now mean they get a chance in the team with naisy out, why do we always get players in without giving them any games, it seems totally pointless as now we will look to get a replacement in instead of giving the guys we have a chance, when we are struggling to pay wages already.
Agree0
Disagree0
Sorry, but what planet are you on mate, he is on THIRTY GRAND a week, our top earner is on £18k a week, we ain't going to folk out £30k on a duff player
Agree0
Disagree0
Why not? well i would have thought the fact he just wet awol from a club paying him huge amounts of money(which he definitely isn't worth) would be reason enough. the fact he isn't a great player would be my second point.
Agree0
Disagree0
Personally, if we're going down the route of a short term replacement then I think the ideal candidate is Peter Lovenkrands. Frozen out at Newcastle and contract up in the summer. Neither him nor Newcastle would be hard to deal with and he would walk back here given the chance.
