Think there's a good chance that we may be contemplating using the finances we have for Walker on someone else and either getting Walker in Jan for 200/ 300k or for nothing next Summer?
We definitely need a Left Winger and I do think Walker will excell at Ibrox!
But its not the only position that needs strengthened and could we perform with Windass out left? We do not have a clue whether the lad Nemane will do the business AND will Dalcio be given another chance?
We still have the option of bringing in another THREE Loans! And I truly think that at least 2 will come in, one being a Full Back.

Let's wait and see. I think we will bid their newly appointed bitter manager will reject it and shoot themselves in the foot by having a player that doesn't want to be there and will leave for hee haw shortly after.

Surely even with Levein as Manager, Budge will want to know why keeping an unhappy Player for 1 more Season rather than getting anything between 500/ 700k when not too long ago she told the Support that the Club needed all the help they could get financially.
I do not care what kind of relationship Levien and Budge have but I'm sure they cannot let Walker go for nothing, be it to us or anyone else! This deal I think is getting held up due to the structure of the deal ie how much up front then payments over X amount of time!

Blueger you're going from one extreme to another. There's being realistic and then there's accepting bringing in absolute nobody's with zero pedigree.

This financial stability nonsense is wearing thin now. There's nothing holding us back. We have no outside debt, retail deal is all but sorted and the board have the backing to pass a share issue at the next AGM.

We're still Rangers and should have enough about us to be bringing in a decent level of player.

IF we do bring anybody in on loan there is absolutely no way we can tell if the Player can do a job!
Olusunde COULD turn out to be a brilliant signing OR he could be absolutely rank?
Out of Toral and Hyndman the latter turned out to have a positive impact whereas Toral didn't really produce but point being is we just do not know.
It seems Dalcio has so far not been able to impress and now we have Nemane who must be given a chance. We are seriously short of Wingers with the only prospect a 17yr old who has been tipped for big things but we will just need to wait and see.

TheCampbell, I was exercising a little exaggerative license. Tav is on good money, so expensive to have on the bench. Complimenting the existing sqaud with quality loans makes sense. Low risk at low cost. We aren't going to pull big names in to the team with no european competition, or in to Scotland for that matter without big wages. Look across the city at the Ronaldo-esque celebratory media for a loan signing at youll see my point.

Their hype over Roberts is hilarious to be fair. There are different types of loans though. We're signing guys who haven't ever played first team football, that's the difference in my eyes.

Not looking to argue, just wish we'd be going for a better calibre of player on loan.

I remember under Warbs there was a chance of us bringing in a lad called Wilks (I think that's the name) anyways point being the lad was in Spurs Development Squad chapping at the door and at the time soon after Window shut he got some game time and played really really well! Don't know if he's still at Spurs. But if Nemane or some other up and coming lad comes we could find a gem! We just need to hope that whoever arrives can handle playing for us. If we were to bring 4 in and 2 done a job for us then so be it. I just hate it when people judge these guys before they have arrived! Every Player was a nobody at some point but they MUST have something in their locker.
