the tiger

Believable37 Unbelievable23

That's bull fink is training with us bec he is wanting a deal down south
Queens 11

Agree0 Disagree2

Might be a daft question but why would you pay anyone 416,000 pounds a year to play in the Scottish Third Divison.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sad to see big Kirk go, played for the shirt everytime, not technically gifted but was a better defender than Whittiker. Hope he gets a decent club and a regular game. Thanks for your services

Agree3 Disagree1

Queens 11?? Read that comment back to yourself. In what way would that make sense??

Agree0 Disagree1

Clubfoot was on £8k a week LMFAO.

Agree0 Disagree0

Broadfoot was on £13k a week, goian on £17k

Agree0 Disagree0

Shoddy way to treat one of your legends(any one who does not walk away will be a legend)

Agree1 Disagree0

Clubfoot was puir sh... he wont be missed corby loyal w.a.t.p

Danny webber, Lee Bowyer, Roman Bednar, Brian Easton, Herman Hreiderson, Sean Hessey are all out of contract on the
PFA website all could do a job?
Dmrangers

Believable12 Unbelievable36

Why stop there, I see Owen hargreaves and Michael Owen on there too...

Agree1 Disagree1

Bednar wasn't as of 8th August. Check the others just in case.

Agree0 Disagree1

Don't be stupid! Michael Owen and Owen Hargreaves any idea of how much these guys would want?! At least £50,000 a week! Don't be daft!

Agree0 Disagree0

We couldn't afford either of their medical insurances let alone wages!

Agree0 Disagree0

All of them are mince

Agree0 Disagree0

I think he was joking mate

Agree1 Disagree0

barry is on his way back, going to finish his career with the gers,he says he will accept same wages as the other players, finish a rangers legend. this is a fact,be in the prss twomorrow, thats what you call a true blue.heard from a member of his family,

Believable50 Unbelievable75

Barry WHO ??

Agree1 Disagree2

Another step backwards! This team Ally's building(?) is a disgrace. It should be based on youth with strategic older heads to guide them through tight games.

Agree3 Disagree4

No chance your mad who ever wrote this stop drinking

Agree1 Disagree2

Ah sanity returns. The rumours are brilliant, keep them cummin folks.

Agree1 Disagree3

Would love that to happen but i cant see it. graeme

Agree1 Disagree3

Would LOVE this!!! Personally, the man is a Rangers legend anyway!

Agree4 Disagree1

If Barry comes back Ally won't last 12 months as manager!

Agree1 Disagree4

Hope so bazza, ! we need all the experience we can get ! hopefully rub off on the younger guys

Agree2 Disagree1

I think it's believable apart from the fact he has a year to go at Blackpool... But it wouldn't surprise me if he comes next year. I don't think it's a bad thing - he's Rangers daft. We needl some experienced guys - so Fergie is better than a foreigner who doesn't quite understand what playing for Rangers means.

Agree2 Disagree1

Would love to see him back. True Rangers legend and would still do us a turn. Can't see it though. Even quarter his wages would be too much

Agree2 Disagree2

£3,000,000 tax free ! A legend among legends.

Agree1 Disagree2

Usually I would say what a loada tosh but this may have legs only time will tell but a guy at the gym i go to told me this also along with another name alan hutton but i personally dont know where he got this info but this is what i heard...i post on here a lot but mainly banter so dont take it as gospel only hearsay...

Tam-Sir 1873 Wait and see

Agree0 Disagree1

Paying his EBT money would make him a legend. Don't think he will so can stay at the pleasure beach we don't want mercenaries!!!

Agree0 Disagree2

Great!...Captain moany pants coming back to pass the ball 5 yards 2 the nearest player and huff his way through the tight hard slogs of the lower leagues. Didnt cut it second time around for me and would be a waste of money. We need someone who can play defence splitting passes not sideways passes.

Agree0 Disagree2

Will he be paying back his EBT too?

Agree0 Disagree2

Well cme hme legend barry ferguson

Agree1 Disagree0

Lets hope so we could do with some good news

Agree1 Disagree0

Already a legend, no need to come back. Non-starter still a mainstay of Blackpool. Why would he bring his young family back into the goldfish bowl. MADE UP !!

Agree0 Disagree1

We need to move forward not backwards

Agree1 Disagree1

Fao barry ferguson
if you are reading this please please please dont bother coming back. your not wanted. you never kicked a ball when you came back from blackburn and we dont want disruptive folk trying to pick the team or thinking they no better. particularly when they not playing well anyway. not wanted, not a legend either.
the tiger

Agree0 Disagree1

Tam: if a guy at the gym had told you Messi was coming would you have posted on here?

Agree1 Disagree0

For what reason would he have to pay entire back? Are they illegal?

Agree1 Disagree1

Barry didn't ask to be paid by EBT. He didn't steal money from Rangers it's what Rangers were willing to pay him. Paying back the EBT would not make a blind bit of difference, only to HMRC.

Agree1 Disagree0

The decision to issue EBT's lies with murray and the murray management team alone. Barry should not be held accountable for murrays doings

Agree1 Disagree0

Come on now ure having a laugh ffs we are skint do u think he is going to come back to us and let his family go skint when he can still make a few quid stick with youth.

Agree0 Disagree0

We need sum1 that can pass the ball about the pitch and he could do a job for us

Agree1 Disagree0

Is it barry "the walrus of love" Whyte

Agree0 Disagree0

Rubbish this if u like but wee Barry will come back to Scotland but he want to finish his career at accies. I spoke to him a few months ago in docs ( Hamilton) his father in laws local.

Agree0 Disagree0

Pay back the EBT? WTF...maybe pay income tax on it

Agree1 Disagree0

Aye gerry britton's joining as coach

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry Barry is not what we need must be better out there . This would be a big mistake for the club a step back in time not forward .

Agree0 Disagree0

Hope no hes past it

Agree0 Disagree0

His EBT was a repayable loan, so what's the problem?

Agree0 Disagree0

Did I miss something, when did Barry Ferguson become a Rangers Legend? I remember he had a cracking season when Ronald DeBoer made him look awesome and I remember the freekick he scored in the cup final but that doesn't make him a Legend. Sasa Papac was more of a Legend (who has just retired from football), absolute professional - not a pisshead like Ferguson. Also him and his mate Boydy drove Le Guen out of the club because he asked them to actually do some training. Ferguson - No Thanks!

Agree0 Disagree0

Youth is what we need to build us up again not players reaching the end of their careers and looking for an easy option to retirement.
Thanks but no thanks Barry.

Agree0 Disagree0

He was possibly the worst captain we have ever had, players like De Boer made him look good, and once they left he was shown for what he really is and as many have said he does not know how to pass a ball forward only to the side or back the way, not what we need. The passing against Berwick was slow enough without him adding to it, He can stay where he is.

Agree0 Disagree0

Everyone who slated ferguson should be ashamed guy played through pain barrier so many times and hes a winner half the folk on here dont seem to have a clue about rangers

Agree0 Disagree0

You have got to laugh !! only passed the ball side ways !! never heard of keeping posession ? a true legend and would welcome him back anytime . keep reading the tabloids and playing champ manager you mugs !!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Is this the same Barry Ferguson who accepted an additional £2.5million on an EBT, legend right enough .

Agree0 Disagree0

YOUTH is the way forward, with the emphasis on teamwork with no prima donnas...

RANGERS training should be all about short sharp passing and moving in triangles (like Barcelona), sucking the opposition in with the occasional ball over the top....?

WE have to stop passing the ball into areas for someone to run onto (if I ever hear a RANGER saying he was passing the ball into the 'channel' or running the 'channels' I think I'll pop)....

WE have to pass to FEET !

ALSO, ALLY should have a rule in training that the ball cannot be passed above head height until the modern methodology for the game is learned....THIS IS THE WAY FORWARD.

WE ARE BROTHERS

WE ARE THE PEOPLE

WE ARE RANGERS

Agree0 Disagree0

Who are these people slaughtering ferguson?? Have you ever been to ibrox? Clearly don't have a clue. One of the best and welcome back anytime.

Agree0 Disagree0

I heard from a good source barry will sign 2moro if he learns to write in time tee hee

Afternoon fellow bears anyone got any news on any new signings not long to go now. Was always wondering who is rangers scouts how cant they pick out young talent from lower divisions. Dundee utd did it to get gomis and mackay steven and they turned out to be great buys why cant we spot out young talent with a hefty sell on fee.
Darren watp

Believable26 Unbelievable8

We had no scouts, ally had to re-employ Neil murray after admin, the other was John Brown wh orefused to work for Green. If you look at the timeframe of when we were told we were SFL3 and when were told 2 year transfer ban remains.........not a lot of time left. Unless u suggesting we had Plans a/b/c/d/e/f Already lined up when nobody knew what was going on with the illegal transfer ban we were blackmailed to accept

Agree2 Disagree0

Bbc has list of guys without a club guys like papa bouba diop, mikkel forsell, nigel reo coker, and james beattie, well maybe not beattie.lol, some good players, michael owen too, but probably wants loadsa dough!

Agree0 Disagree0

Good coaches are needed too to bring them on and develop them further.

Agree0 Disagree0

We could do worse than get the boy mcallister at peterhead only 24 to...

Rumours has it that Daniel Larsson is at the Celtic v Helsingborg game and if Celtic make the proper Champions League draw he is ready to sign for the Tims! Henrik Larsson has urged him to try his venture in Scotland and that he will be impressed with the Glasgow club

Believable36 Unbelievable49

Impressed, no he wont

Agree1 Disagree1

Who'd have thought it!! The mighty Glasgow Celtic sniffing about a third division team target lol :)

Agree0 Disagree0

Looks like Timmy's gazzumped us again for yet another one of our top targets.

Agree0 Disagree0

More likely to join them. They have room now as they have got shot of the last dud from Swedish league.

Agree0 Disagree0

The lad has already played for malmo in europe this season so hes cup tied, the champions league would make to difference to him what so ever!

Agree0 Disagree0

Good luck to the lad hopefully he would sign for us

Daniel Larsson is in Glasgow FACT (Friend told me he was in his garage and there was a couple of boys wearing suits with him)
People are saying he travelled for the game which is highly doubtful!
McCoist may have worked a miracle in signing him I believe he's demanding no more than 10k a week which may be our borderline threshold the now

Believable16 Unbelievable36

10k a week !! No way is Green paying those kind of wages £500 a week more like

Agree1 Disagree0

He was top goalscorer for Malmo in the 2011 season with 6 goals, how exciting.

Agree0 Disagree0

Just because you say fact in your post doesn't mean it isn't a load of old crap. Prove it, thats like me saying I saw Santa delivering presents on December 25th FACT.
WATP Stevemac

Agree1 Disagree0

10k a week? Celtic can fkn have him then. He's surely on half that at most?
Good player though.
Dtp89

Agree1 Disagree0

Who was in his garage? what r u on about.

Agree1 Disagree0

£10k a week.....enough said. No chance.

Agree0 Disagree0

As per comment 3, please stop saying FACT after your posts, it's killing me!

Take them to the websites please

Agree1 Disagree0

Amazes me how anyone knows what he looks like lol

Agree1 Disagree1

Daniel Larsson is not going to Rangers, according to his agent Oliver Cabrera.

The Malmo striker had been heavily linked with a £300,000 switch, but it appears Dynamo Kiev may be his destination.

"It is ridiculous," said Cabrera. "Why would he go to a club in the Scottish Third Division?

"It is not certain that Daniel leaves in this window, but I can say that I will be negotiating with two clubs in major leagues."

Today's Evening Times - FACT!

Agree1 Disagree0

Your FACT?..... FUCT more like it says this bear.

Dtp89

Agree1 Disagree0

Oliver Cabrera is NOT Daniel Larsson agent, he is the agent of Peter Larssen

Agree0 Disagree0

U
Fortunately your are talking tosh Oliver Cabrera IS daniel larssons agent lets put all the nonsense to bed we won't be signing anyone of a half decent calibre black shiels and sandaza were our BIG NAME signings would be surprised if anyone else bought in has ever been heard of by a British bear Fink will come in and just to make fans feel good we will probably take the other 2 trialista

Agree0 Disagree0

Terry Butcher very close friend of Charles Green
Will be offered Ibrox post (FACT)

Believable31 Unbelievable70

The net will fall down ya muppet

Agree1 Disagree0

Fact, no its not

Agree0 Disagree0

Lol at 1st comment, so much win

Agree0 Disagree0

What as... manager??

Agree0 Disagree0

It will cost a fortune in pay-offs to get rid of McCoist

Agree0 Disagree0

Very close friend my ar$£. Im sure this rumour would have made the papers crem in their kecks ages ago if there was any truth in it

Agree0 Disagree0

What will Alexander lean against then?

Agree0 Disagree0

By stating FACT does that make it a fact?

Agree0 Disagree0

Is this the Terry Butcher who has been sacked from most of his managerial jobs ?

Agree1 Disagree0

Wouldn't let him run a bath

Agree0 Disagree0

Putting FACT at the end doesn't make it true.

Agree0 Disagree0

Brian Howard who signed a 1 month deal with Pompey will cut it short to join rangers. He is a big Rangers man as his dad is from Glasgow. Been offered a 3 year deal which is a lot more security than he can get at Pompey. Expect the deal to be completed by tomorrow

Believable13 Unbelievable36

Whose he when he is at home? Can he play the long high ball?

Agree0 Disagree0

More like russel howard ya clown what a ridiculous post

Agree0 Disagree0

Why not go for McAllister from Peterhead, knows where the net is, or is there a reason this is not possible?

Agree1 Disagree0

Mcallister only wants part time football due to work schedule

Agree0 Disagree0

Everton and liverpool are interested in Barrie McKay. He only has 9 months left on his contract and can apparently be signed on a pre contract agreement as early as November. Broadfoot is on his way out and i can't see us signing up Gomis as he scored for Birmingham tonight, rumours about Templeton will most likely come to nothing, can't see a player of his quality dropping to the third division when he has the whole of his career ahead of him, the goalkeeper Fink could be a decent signing but with all the loyalty Alexander has shown us along the years, can we really snatch away his starting place when it looked like he was finally getting his chance?

Believable27 Unbelievable41

Fink is a midfielder, not a goalie

Agree3 Disagree1

Fink is a german midfielder mate

Agree3 Disagree1

Fink is a goalie?!? :-P

"Temps" does it very infrequently my jambo pal tells me. Left oot hearts' team back end of last season he's that brilliant. I don't see ac milan bursting his door doon. If it don't happen at Rangers I wouldnae be greeting too hard. Plenty mare fish in the sea and all that.

Agree0 Disagree1

At the end of the day these are all targets, we have officially 2-3 days to sign much needed players and weve got what looks to be sweet F.A coming in, beginning to wonder what the game plan is here. Definately think we should be BUYING a couple of players instead of these trialists because in all honesty we dont have enough time to arse about trying to pick out a player anymore.

Agree0 Disagree0

Barrie used to be my paperboy lol, he failed a medical at kilmarnock where he and hos brother both came through the youth system before signing for us. Would be sad to see him go.

Agree0 Disagree0

"plenty mare fish in the sea" not after this week mate!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Barrie is staying with rangers..... Fact

Agree1 Disagree0

Tosh. Timmy is posting again.

I have no doubt our young players will be sold, but not after a handful of lower league games. they are yet to prove themselves against decent competition

Agree0 Disagree0

As I reported 5 days ago, Fink will sign today following a training session this morning and as you rightly say he is a midfield player. The German goalkeeper is Rouvan Sattelmaier who I think Rangers have cooled down on.

Agree1 Disagree0

I can see your point regards alexander, but lets face it - he's not worth keeping - we havent had a clean sheet... he leaks goals. yes, i'll concede he did well couple of seasons ago, but anytime he's in goals, we will let one in. bring on a new keeper to at very least make him think he's got to work to stay in the team.

Agree0 Disagree1

So if he does go he will be doing a rhys mccabe who thinks after a few games with us he thinks hes a superstar i hope he doesnt go because he looks like hes going to be fantastic but i think him staying with us he will get the experience

Agree0 Disagree0

Lovendkrands and spector gomis never scored

Agree0 Disagree1

Gomis didnae score for Birmingham disnae even get a game. Are you a Timothy in disguise?

Agree0 Disagree1

As long as he play a good long high ball ally will be pleased

Agree0 Disagree0

Ok so we aint had a clean sheet this year with alexander in goal, but look at the mess that is in front of him, players playin out of position and being caught out of position. Even the best keepers cant keep a clean sheet when the defence are leaving him exposed.

Agree0 Disagree0

Going to Liverpool? He should look to Danny Wilson as an example not to leave as soon as a big English club start sniffing

Agree1 Disagree0

If Alexander can keep a clean sheet against quality outfits like werder bremen, he deserves a clear shot. Euro run 2nd leg against the german side. Him and our defense saved us from been hammered in the last 15 minute.
Dtp89

Agree0 Disagree0

Im not sure but i FINK hes a midfielder ha ha ha get it fink...oh im here all week dont worry. also thanks for the service sasa get well soon mate

Agree1 Disagree1

Gomis was playing and got booked but didnt score

Agree0 Disagree0

I think we had that German keeper on trial as back up so that Gallagher can go out on loan (3rd division team trying to loan out youth players to higher divisions - lol).
A bit of back-up never hurt anyone - it means Alexander will need to keep on top of his game, which I'm sure he will. He's been desperate to be no.1 for years.

Agree1 Disagree0

Two clean sheets in the cups against East fife and Falkirk.

Agree1 Disagree0

McGregor played against Bremen, chk Youtube for highlights. However Alexander deserves a chance. No point in slagging the players now, unless we get in more reinforcements this is it until next September when we can pick up out of contract players, god knows what will be left, probably Broadfoot still looking for a club, lol.
