Rumour going around - Kenny Shiels taking over from McCoist next season?

Believable55 Unbelievable167

Worst lie yet

Agree3 Disagree0

At least we would get a better brand of football and someone with an eye for the type of player we need for the lower leagues. Plus he is not afraid to criticise those in the Dome of Doom. Wouldn't be averse to that appointment.

Agree0 Disagree1

Hopefully not can't stand misrable people

Agree1 Disagree0

Doubt this very much, why go for KS, when Adams or Mcall would be a far better option, although maybe money would play a big part TB

Agree0 Disagree0

Well he has had a Pop at Neil Lennon, called him Paranoid. That will make him OK with some

Agree1 Disagree0

Rumour lmao very good

Agree0 Disagree0

Wouldn't be my choice but he couldn't do any worse than McCoist, McDowall and Durrant (what exactly does he do?) who are totally CLUELESS. John F

Agree0 Disagree0

Just what we need! Another big mouth. He is very clever at using bluster to cover up his lack of talent.

Agree1 Disagree0

McCall, Adams, c'mon it's the second division we're talking about, with McCall in Europe, what do you think, as for the dead wood you have, McCoist, durrant, these guys would be caught out in any other team, they are clueless, no get through the leagues, then think about what you can get to manage the team,

Agree0 Disagree0

To all the ally haters above, the legend is going nowhere, he deserves a chance with a better squad, we won the league easily, it may not have been pretty but that was his job at the start of the season

Agree1 Disagree2

Ally is going nowhere until Rangers are back in the SPL and all season tickets are sold out, he will then get one season to prove himself.

Agree0 Disagree1

Haha ridiculous stop talking nonsense

Agree0 Disagree0

So We can take it, it will be full house every game at Ibrox next season then, they won't get it so easy in the 2nd division, let's not jump the gun, a lot has to be ironed by the start of the season, because I had a pop at Ally, doesn't mean I hate him, you need a change in management, to freshen the team up, Dodm,

Agree0 Disagree0

Hope so .

Is the Stockbridge story above board regarding the deeds to Ibrox? Hopefully that's a chapter of all this closed but i'm sure someone will correct me. CheltBlue

Believable31 Unbelievable74

? so Sunday Mail can see the deeds - but no-one preparing the IPO can. ?

Transparancy means someone now needs to explain why IPO launched without any view of the DEEDS?

that was madness. and sounds lieka con??

Agree1 Disagree0

I think it would be pretty stupid of him and the club to disclose this to the press if it wasn't true.

Agree0 Disagree1

So in June last year - Bomber says "show us the deeds".

and they only shown in "April 2013".

what happened between June2012 and April2013, how many times did they change hands. ?

Where is the contract that acquired these deeds - if its bogus - showing the deeds is meaningless.

Did Green tell Bomber that Whyte owned Ibrox. ?

If so bomber walked - but could not prove if true or false.

Agree1 Disagree0

It really proves nothing. This argument is all between Sevco 5088 and Sevco Scotland.

Agree0 Disagree0

Everyone can have an opinion, at the end of the day though, we will have to wait until the 'TRUTH' outs- hopefully. I do not see any point in 2nd guessing, we can not influence it in any way, so why worry?

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't believe for one minute that just because brian stockbridge has claimed to have shown the real title deeds to the 3 main assests of rangers to the journalist of a national newspaper that this is the end of the story at the end of the day its easy to put someone down as an owner of a club but leave the real owners name off the title deeds we know gangsters do it all the time. I just wish everyone associated with charles green buggered off and let rangers minded people into the club people who actually care and are not just in it for a quick buck.

Agree0 Disagree0

That rather is the point: That Sevco Scotland acquired MP & Ibrox was not disputed by Whyte. What Whyte is disputing is whether Sevco Scotland acquired the property of Sevco 5088 LEGALLY or FRAUDULENTLY.
Under the adminsitration sale agreement, Sevco 5088 agreed to purchase the assets. Whye claims to be the beneficial owner & director of Sevco 5088. If this is true and Green used chicanery to transfer the assets from Sevo 5088 to Sevco Scotland, without a proper board meeting and in the interests of the shareholders of sevco 5088 (& Whyte claims to be one), then this asset transfer may have been illegal.

If the title to that assets was acquired fraudulently, the register can be amended and the title can be reversed.

This Speculation: But one reason why Green may not have wanted to show the title deeds before now is that Craig Whyte may still have believed that the assets were still with Sevco 5088, and the Sevco Scotland was a vehicle for the club only and that Green was keeping his (taped) promises. If Green had shown the title deeds before now, whilst the fans might have been reassured that the property was with the club, Whyte would have immediately known that Green had double crossed him, and would have come out from hiding with his tapes etc. there and then, whilst Green was trying to orchestrate the share floatation. How many bears & other investors would have bought shares if Whyte had been banging this drum 6 months ago instead of now? Without the share placement, Green & Ahamd wouldn't have got their payday.

But since Whyte is now pressing ahead with his legal action in any case, it looks like they have nothing to lose by producing the deeds that show Whyte he has been double crossed.
And - if my suspicions are corect - it gives them the bonus of another opportunity to fleece the bears: "look we had them all along - now pony up for your season books!"

But whether the properties will REMAIN with SEVCO Scotland will depend on whether Whyte is successful in proving to a court that Green transferred them illegally. He might just do that! There are no guarantees.

In reality, this changes little, if anything now. Whereas, 6 months ago, it could have blown the gaff apart!

Agree0 Disagree0

How come we didn't see any extracts from the deeds or the name of who owns them. If they had nothing to hide they could of shown them long before now. How come they show them to the sunday mail first rather than the fans groups or shareholders. It still doesn't account for substantial wages Ally is getting for doing a shambolic job in a division full of amatuers. Are we seriously going to believe that Ally or Walter haven't seen them

Agree1 Disagree0

Unfortunatly this whole thing will be going on for a bit longer, all it means is that the deeds will be in name of what ever company Charles Green and Co put them in after "lying " to the other liar Whyte, Sevco Scotland Ltd or The Rangers Football Club Ltd
Nothing changes in other words, the whole sorry mess moves on until Whyte etc get an offer or there is a court case? More worrying may be that Green was the sole director when he moved assets over so technically he owns them at moment not our club?
As for Stockbridge? he came with Green, so are we now to believe he is no longer in their camp? or is he, as was said many months ago the main player for getting money back for a. n. other?
I will not be be renewing my season ticket until the whole lot are away? hate to think what's the price of my shares on Monday afternoon?
Can only see shares value dropping.
As for Mr Mcoist I can only feel sympathy for his constant lack of "backbone" his recent statement in regards to John Browns warnings are to say the least appalling. "i didn't get the impression he was expecting me to do something about it, he was just marking my card" thank god I don't have you as a mate you slippy get! "i prefer to do my fighting form the inside (where I cash loads of money) rather than outside? and why oh bloody why does Mcoist keep mentioning Walter all the time when he is talking about our club its like he needs the name to bolster his own moral . slimy person,, your the worst manager we have ever had and you surely have no remorse of just what kind of person you have become. You lie Mr Mcoist and you know it? how you can work with all these differnet men who are robbing our club and still say you know nothing is beyond belief.

Agree2 Disagree1

You have to ask why not pictures of the deeds if all above board, if they can let msm see them why not the rest of us, is it me or is it a bit strange, show them to jabbas mate

Agree0 Disagree0

29 Apr 2013 07:50:04
That was all a bit much m8, are you sure you support rangers? ally is still a legend to most of us, as is walter, I hope your wrong on a few things, but I know you are on one thing, Ally Mcoist is one of the main reasons we survived, good or bad manager? well we have to w8 and see, don't we? he won the league, i'm not saying he is good bad or indifferent, and he wasnt my choice as boss (it was davies ) but he did all that we required at the time Tommyblue

Agree1 Disagree0

Perhaps the deeds are in Imran's mum's name! that's why we could not see them

Agree0 Disagree0

He needs to show the titles to the deeds with legal owners backed up by a law firm certifying its true.
If he doesn't do it, he has been a liar and should go.
Is this the clever trick to allow Stockbridge out the door with Green and Ahmad?

Agree0 Disagree0

CW can never own the assets even if he proves CG ripped him off, he never paid 5.5 million for them. He is suing Sevco 5088 ( not Sevco Scotland) for breaching an agreement whereby he was entitled to an agreed share in the company, and we must assume the money deposited into another account was to pay for his share.
Since Sevco 5088 owns nothing he will sue CG and Ahmad for his estimated share. The only connection to Sevco (Scotland) is CG and Ahmad own some shares in the company which have a value, a value that CW can use to calculate his losses.

If CW has a tape confirming his agreement applied to both a CVA and Liquidation outcome then he will win, and CG and Ahmad will be forced to pay him his losses, whether they need to sell their shares in Sevco ( Scotland) or not to pay CW is irrelevant to Rangers.

I wish to point out Rangers fans neither selected nor voted either CW or CG to run their club, and bear no responsibility for their actions. They supported SDM and he fell foul of the economic crash, a sustainable overdraft became an unsustainable overdraft, without this achilles heel Rangers would not have been a risk to SDM.

Agree0 Disagree1

Bomber didn't state anything new, everyone knew CG had to get CW's shares for a CVA and had to offer him something.
It would have been news if Sevco 5088 had bought the assets with 5.5 million of CW's money and CG had switched the assets to Sevco ( Scotland), but he didn't pay 5.5 million for the assets.

I made a list of all the targets I could find.

Cammy Bell GK
Jon Daly ST/CB
Nicky Law CM
Andre Bikey CB
Chris Humphrey RM
Alan Puldio ST
Arnold Peralta CM
Ryan McGowan RB
Craig Cathcart CB
Anibal Godoy ST
Nicky Clarke ST
Nacho Novo ST

How many are likely to sign? Who? Are there any more?

BigBoyd

Believable22 Unbelievable70

Bell already signed pre contract. john daly way too old. nicky law would be a decent signing. andre bikey less said the better about him. chris humprey no thanks either. craig cathcart wouldn't come on big wages in the championship. nicky clarke I have already stated he is a definite to sign. ryan mcgowan no way don't want him. nacho novo you having a laugh been worked hard for us previously but to old now. anibal godoy is a midfielder not a striker don't know much about him but he is right age and I suppose could be worth a gamble. alan puldio mexican striker but we don't really know much about him either other than he is 22 years of age and plays for tigre. and lastly peralta is in same bit as godoy we don't know an awful lot about him.

my 2 I want are nicky clarke and also lyle taylor both young and worth taking a chance on at least until we get back to the spl or whatever it will be called at that time.

Agree0 Disagree0

Humphrey, mcgowan and novo definate no no!

Agree0 Disagree0

How can we bring in anymore players when we are losing £1million/month? Remember we posted losses of £7 million after the first half of the year with almost all the season ticket money!
And will we have a license anyway?Normally focus would be on who can come in to strengthen squad but books need to be balanced and only future must be our young players

Agree0 Disagree2

Rangers are not losing 1 million per month and have no license problems that I am aware of. The biggest obstacle will be getting rid of the dross to keep within SFL squad numbers.

You are not allowed to just invent fictitious projections in a share prospectus, and the December projection was to have a 3.5 million operating loss.

Things are not great, no point in inventing things to make it worse.

Agree2 Disagree0

28 Apr 2013 18:44:30
I wouldn't let him sign anyone over the age of 23

Agree0 Disagree0

"Rangers are not losing 1 million per month". Ahmed step away from the keyboard.

Are they loosing 1.1 million or 1.2 million?

How could they be making money?

Agree0 Disagree1

IPO said assets bought for £5million worth £17m due to asset revalutation - a confident accounting trick

IPO was not audited account projections. just account projections.

any old rubbish is allowed - floatation costs RFC £1/2m every year to be listed!

Agree0 Disagree1

If rangers were not lossing £1m a month thier share price would not be falling like a stone.

30% down in 20 days.

90p. 80p. 70p. 60p. >

its heading this way because not one official single announcement to say they NOT loosing £1m/month

Agree0 Disagree1

Ed what do you make of the article today in a certain newspaper in which brian stockbridge claims to have shown the reporter the title deeds to murray park ibrox and also albion car park for me I wouldn't trust a word this man says he is one of green's right hand men and the sooner he is gone the better I say. {Ed001's Note - I just wonder why it has taken so long to show anyone?}

Agree0 Disagree0

My guess is that brian stockbridge is trying to take some of the pressure of himself because he knows he is next to be pushed out of ibrox as I have stated previously there is more and more pressure on him to resign and within the next few weeks there is going to be major changes at ibrox and what has happened lately will be small time compared to what is going to happen. I believe there may well be arrests made by police and charges brought against people one being a certain man in france obviously I won't name him but we all know who I mean. anyway here is hoping we still have a team to support next season.

Agree0 Disagree0

And what do we do with the players who are on longish term contracts? The obvious thing to do tis sell them on. But who would buy any of them?. So we keep what we have apart from one or two. Then add 5 or six new players. What are the operating cost going to be then? 2million a month? You have to get real here. We need to cut our cloth! We need to balance the books first and foremost You know what will happen if we don`t!

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers are losing over £1 million a month. The licence was only Temporary. That's a huge issue. If ANY underhand tricks surface that will be revoked in a flash and DIV 3 Title stripped. Getting a licence again could be interesting
