Danny Wilson is signing for rangers on a 4 year contract, you heard it here first! Danny Wilson's signing will be confirmed shortly along with zaliukas, these are the 2 centre halfs rangers want as their new centre back pairing and it's about to happen, happy days!

Believable61 Unbelievable64

Really hope this one happens

Agree0 Disagree0

Think you are in fantasy land with that post, absolutely no chance of signing both of them. out of them both I would prefer wilson due to his potential and sell on value. BT

Agree1 Disagree0

Happy Days? Wilson chose The Rangers as his 3rd choice. Liverpool 1st, Hearts then The Rangers. You should pull your head out your ar5e and stop just jumping on board with any old signing.

Black Driver Wallace Wilson Kello Zaliukas

Rangers the new hearts.

Rangers are said to be interested in former Hearts goalkeeper Marian Kello following his release from recently relegated Wolves. After Neil Alexanders departure McCoist is looking for an SPL standard keeper and sees Kello as ideal.

Believable28 Unbelievable45

Great Keeper. Better choice than Craig "sicknote" Gordon.

Agree1 Disagree0

I hope so he is a good keeper

Agree1 Disagree0

Yes I would be happy with that a very good goalkeeper and would provide competition for cammy bell?

Rangers could sign ex Barnsley target Michael higdon from Motherwell

Believable17 Unbelievable65

No chance but I would love this to be true he would rip division 2 apart

OFFICIAL: Rangers confirm Ricky Foster signs two year contact

Believable59 Unbelievable18

Why do people put unbelievable when its facts, look it up before you make clowns of yourselves

Agree2 Disagree4

Good signing I'd say, though he was a solid fast player when we had him b 4, still need strengthening at the back though
Big C

Agree1 Disagree1

Great signing!
Bell in goal
Forster on the right, Wallace on the left.
Magic!
2 big strong central defenders or big Jig slipping in with one another would do.

Agree1 Disagree1

This team is starting to look quite strong, a few spl scalps this year I think. we just to get the backdoor sorted now.

all we need is 2 cbs then maybe another striker mf is packed

Agree0 Disagree1

I think we only need one more centre back and a striker because Clark might not be able to handle it every week. This won't happen till we get rid of Goian, boconegra, fuare, argyriou and cribari.

Agree3 Disagree0

We certainly have a better starting eleven for the league but we still need a decent quality centre back and I would like to see us sign a fast striker to give us some options.

Would also like to see Ally bring in a young coach with some new ideas to support him

Clarke scored 41 goals in this league last year, so should handle playing every week. Need 1 centre half as I have stated before Gasporotta is ready to play on a regular basis, top prospect, then there is big jig for defence. I feel we have enough attacking options, should offer Craig Gordan a 6 month deal if he's fit, would put him in shop window and allow us to get Gallacher out on loan first half of season.

Agree1 Disagree0

The guy is utter mince. Really what's going on? Getting on board with this pile of drivel. Why not jsut stick with the squad available. it will romp the 2nd division and then buy some players of good worth NEXT YEAR. All that's happening is fools like Ricky are getting a decent wage for hee haw. He was tosh at Bristol HENCE THEY BINNED HIM. Grow up man!

Agree0 Disagree0

A 2 year deal, that says ali thinks he is good enough for the 2nd and 1st but not the spl.

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe they clicked on unbelievable because they disagree with it, as in it's unbelievable that it's happened.

Good luck to him, model pro who did well for us.

totally agree, fantastic player, really loyal, will always be in the hearts of bluenoses

Agree2 Disagree1

Good luck and thanks

Agree2 Disagree1

He served the Rangers well, when others walked away would have been good if he got offered another deal but never the less good luck to the lad

WATP!

Agree2 Disagree1

Thank god never liked he was number 2 for a reason

Agree2 Disagree1

Quite saddened by this. Guy was a total professional and always a safe pair of hands who unfortunately played alongside a top class keeper limiting his game time for most of his stay. Although this could potentially clear the way for a contract offer for Craig Gordon, stranger things have happened.

Agree2 Disagree1

Holy crap. 5yrs?
He barely played until the wee mis-hap!
He done well when he finally got his chance, so well done for being decent in the bottom tier, the only way is up (that's a song also)
Apparently not happy at being 3rd choice keeper behind Bell!

yes he was number 2 for a reason mcshagger was better but still was a class keeper just look back to 2008 in the uefa cup was amazing

Agree0 Disagree0

The perfect pro, stood by us when others ran! Would have liked him to have stayed, good luck Neil, R T I D

Agree0 Disagree0

So what happened to the rest of his time? Not alot, can't handle the pressure of another 2nd rate keeper coming in so walks away.

McCoist has confirmed that Neil Alexander will not be returning to the club.

I can settle 4 stories here and now.

Andy Webster was in Murray Park for about 10 mins yesterday, clearly not there for talks etc. Maybe just to see club doc or what ever

Craig Gordon was in Murray Park to try and regain fitness and do some training. don't think for 1 minute he will sign or anything.

Ricky Foster is currently undergoing a medical with Rangers but its been split across 2 days, for what reason I don't know. But after 50 games for Bristol City in 2 season you've got to imagine he's pretty fit.

Last one - Rangers have shown no interest in signing Mark Hateleys son Tom. This is straight from Mark at a local football dinner on Friday night. He says he can't believe Rangers signed Arnold Parelta when the had the chance of Tom.

Believable48 Unbelievable26

What Football Dinner would that be?!

Agree0 Disagree0

Mark's loyalty to his son is commendable, but in all honesty, he's ot that good.

Agree0 Disagree0

Tom hately is a good player but how do know that peralta isn't a better player

Agree0 Disagree0

The dinner was a local team in the league I play in called Hawick Waverley AFC. look up their website for details of the dinner. He said Tom is a massive Gers fan and although he had offers from England and Europe (probably the poorer leagues) he wanted to wait on a call from Rangers. Wouldn't waste my time posting nonsense

Anyone else wonder why all these old players are coming back to play in the rangers team now when only a few years ago these same players asked for big wages to play for the same team but they are play for buttons in comparison ie wanted about £18,000 a week but now I hope some are not being paid more than £4000 a week, Greg Wilde wanted £20,000 a week at rangers but now I don't see Aberdeen paying him anymore than £3000 a week? Funny how it is always rangers and the other mob that all these players "demand" big wages from but when it comes to playing against better teams they don't want to play just look at what we came up against in 3rd division last season and dare say it will be the same again in the new season but some of these players we play against will be paid about £200 a week. Also the novo debate I would take him back if he was willing to play for £500 a week for us but don't think that will happen.

Agree2 Disagree0

To op

I don't think peralta will be used for rb, he'll play in what Ally said his best position is and that's more def mid

Original poster here -

Glad to see I was right about Ricky Foster.

Also on the Parelta as an RB comment, Mark Hateley was saying he believes Tom to be a CM naturally but because of the Motherwell players in there and Toms versatility he put to RB most of the time.
