Ross Wilson to become new director of football Monday - working with murty till the end of season and then de boer to come in on a permanent basis in the summer.

26 Feb 2017 00:31:30
Hopefully but need an intern boss now asap

26 Feb 2017 00:57:09
aye right murtys out of his depth get alex in

26 Feb 2017 03:13:30
De boer ruled himself out

26 Feb 2017 07:29:17
Davie he ruled himself out the Leicester job

26 Feb 2017 10:00:16
De boer has ruled himself out of every job
Atleast to the summer anyway . After the collapse at inter

26 Feb 2017 10:06:13
Davie1980 check your facts .

26 Feb 2017 10:08:52
I would definitely take Ross Wilson but we need to put Murty out of his misery and get him back to his normal position
It's going to be an interesting end to the season
I want to see how many of these players can show the hunger and appetite to play for the club
Over the last few months all I have seen is gutless cowards with no fight.
I keep expecting a reaction to the previous games performance/ result but it never comes it just gets worse

On this form we are likely heading into one of the biggest defeats we will likely have see against that crowd

I think we need a new manager (even interim) this week so we can have a change of direction and reaction before the old firm game

26 Feb 2017 09:36:06
Ross wilson would be a good appointment as our new DOF but paul mitchell of spurs, IMHO would be better! He's always been my no.1 choice!

26 Feb 2017 10:10:09
It's supposed to be Martin Yol getting the DOF job on Monday, well that's what someone else says on here

26 Feb 2017 19:32:25
Coincidence? Barry to come in and take team with Murty till end of season then become No2 to FDB and Wilson DOF?

25 Feb 2017 18:50:27
Martin Jol to be unveiled as DoF Monday. With Barry Ferguson to take charge till the end of the season after resigning for Clyde today.

25 Feb 2017 19:49:11
I hope Ferguson gets know where near the place, if it isn't bad enough were rumoured too be taken him too the end off the season, where becoming a joke I really hope for all our sakes this isn't true

25 Feb 2017 19:56:03
A wee rat and rubbish manner but needless to say he'd be better than we have and would maybe be able to put across what this club is about and what it means to everyone that supports it although I'd rather Kenny Miller was left to run it

25 Feb 2017 21:32:08
Aye a wee rat that played injured on a regular basis to help his team and for a few seasons was exceptional carrying an average team. Your the rat for coming out wi something like that and don't start about the Le Guen nonsense.
As I've said before he stood up to a manager who was going to ruin the team and he was the the only member of the team that had the bollocks to do it.
No scurry off Roland.

25 Feb 2017 21:32:24
How is he a wee rat?

25 Feb 2017 22:18:18
Great player great rangers but crap manager don't see how he would improve team ferguson lost 9 games in a row clydethats why he's resigned

25 Feb 2017 22:33:11
You could be right Ross 1990, just look at what has happened with the current Rangers team after Warburton sided with Halliday against Barton. If only Barton had won the day we might have a team of fighters rather than a team of wimps!

25 Feb 2017 23:21:26
Fergie couldn't manage rangers the mans no class take yourself back to when he made an arse of himself wi Scotland Ned springs to mind no even in the same class as past central midfielders to have graced that ground trust me he ain't the answer

26 Feb 2017 00:11:26
Don't bring what he done with Scotland
In to it the guy was nothan but class when
He wore the jersey and am sure rangers is
Heart not Scotland and I will agree with u
About a manager for us but don't dis the man

26 Feb 2017 02:32:22
Ferguson better no get the job because your passionate about the team u love disny make u a good manager.

26 Feb 2017 08:14:41
Looks like Wilson as DoF to be announced this week and a short list of 3. 2 at a club 1 not which sounds more like Ferguson to me

26 Feb 2017 08:03:15
Here, here, ross1990! Totally with you on this mate! Baz is a glasgow rangers legend and very successful captain, and IMO the best player to come through at rangers in the last 25 years! So for any so called rangers supporter to call him a wee rat, is needing to take a very hard look at themselves!

26 Feb 2017 08:42:38
I don't think Ferguson is good enough to manage Rangers, just look at the Clyde results and it says it all. However, the guy cannot be criticised for his passion for Rangers and to call him a rat because of something that happened with a Scotland International team is an insult. Rangers is more important and always will be that some International team especially one that is manipulated by Celtic FC!

26 Feb 2017 10:15:21
1.He's a little ned.
2.He should have been binned over LeGuen.
3.He's gash as a manager.

26 Feb 2017 15:31:03
We need a higher profile manager than Barry Ferguson.
Can only see him as part of the coaching team if he was to come to Ibrox.

26 Feb 2017 16:19:27
A wee rat? Aye nae bother mate. The whole boozegate episode was a mistake and shouldn't have happened but to call him a wee rat is a joke. As for comparing the incident with le guen to the one with Warburton and Barton, nonsense. Joey Barton has always been an idiot and always will be.

26 Feb 2017 17:00:14
Look what Lennon. Did at celtic unproven manager. But you look at Mcoist. wasn't cut out for a management. Ferguson could come in as someone assistant like Billy davis tommy Wright or even mcinnis. think it's looking more and more likely the boy Wilson will be DoF

26 Feb 2017 18:00:06
Great post Smodge81. I'm not saying he's the answer as coach but in current position with no money he might be an option

26 Feb 2017 19:40:57
Oh he is a wee rat bigger than the club move to Blackburn rovers, too much attitude he's a wee ned

26 Feb 2017 21:32:54
Get a grip of yourself, yes he moved to Blackburn and although some don't like it was consistent man of the match down there. Realised the grass wasn't greener and came back to the club he loved where he was outstanding.

26 Feb 2017 23:12:59
Barton told it how it was and warburton didn't like it and put Halliday in his place fast forward 4 months Halliday is utter crap the fans are all on his back the manager refused to change things and he's no longer our manager and Barton now back playing in the English top flight

25 Feb 2017 15:05:44
De Boer ruled himself out of Leicester job

"Has a project for next season".

25 Feb 2017 15:38:30
That's not actually what has been reported. He is keeping his options open for a project from next season, and as stated previously, is not interested in joining a club part way through a season.

25 Feb 2017 16:29:01
Wonder if he has a shopping list and has given it to DK with the provisio if these players get bought I'll come?
I think he is still out of our budget.

25 Feb 2017 20:32:09
Does de boer shop in the pound shop

25 Feb 2017 22:35:49
If DeBoaer is hoping that King will seriously back him in the transfer market I doubt we will se him aRangers. Indeed I doubt we will see any to quality candidate at the Club if they are insisting on serious investment in playing staff!
