Just supporting team at mo waiting for no accounts and the inevitable 2nd Admin then I will try and come up with a way to UNITE a large group of supporters to get organised for a CVA offer with the McColl Team as this is likely Rangers ONLY chance Rangers will get rid of the crooks forever.

Also can people who care enough about Rangers get along to Craig's meeting at Swallow Hotel.

Craig it might be an idea to remove the condition of Board must go as a lot of people are seeing that the wrong way and we need all the support we can get.

Clarity on accounts and transparency by board at AGM will lead to them going on a close vote BUT sadly I feel not enough Rangers fans realise the depth of trouble we are in, right now we have approximately £4.2million left of the 2 x Seasons £20 million and the share issue £22million a defecit of £37. 8MILLION pounds.

This is a total financial disaster and a 2nd Admin is unavoidable short of them selling Ibrox and Murray Park to stave this off another few months.

I am up a few times from now till November and am trying like F**K to get more info on Ellis Scam set up with Whyte and also any info on current board to I hope STOP sale of Ibrox by revealing it when it happens in hope THAT FINALLY gets the fans awake to what is going on

I have always said from day one that the ONLY solution to the woes of rangers IS A FAN BUYOUT. The problem is - as the above poster alludes to - the fans are divided. There are 3 different fan organisationd associated with Rangers - and they don`t get on! Why? Have you never heard of " divide and conquer ". You need to get rid of the venture capitalists whoe are playing the LONG FIRM. The fans must get organised or else your club is in deep, dep trouble and who knows where and how it will all end

Really interested in what you are saying, but when will this break and through what media, who actually has these damming reports and from where did they come from?. Where is the clarification of an investigation and when an who will be involved. George if indeed you have uncovered fraud and I have no reason to doubt you haven't then don't you think the fans and shareholders need to know before the AGM as this may have a significant bearing on it's outcome therefor if you believe an investigation will not take place before then your honor bound to publish what you already know, after all that's how the previous board was brought down, leaked facts.
I really do look on with interest for your response and hope that it is not just hearsay and that you can present us all with facts that will unite us in one common cause that will be the survival of our club before it's too late.

If Dundee can survice 2 admin events then I believe we could. Embarrassing as it would be, perhaps would finally force Mccoll and King to put their hands into their pockets. I read King say a couple of months ago he can only see another admin event. He called it right last time and I believe him again. Like the above post I commend george for all his efforts in finding the true extend to what is going on at our great club. I will be honest in admitting that like many gers fans I had no ides the true extend of how bad the situation actually is and if george's figures are correct then I fear the worst. This is not a personal attack on jim mccoll but if he cared half as much about the club as we do then why the hell doesn't he stump up the cash and save the club. I wrote on here some time back that what Laxey do is buy up companies, take ownership of the physical assest like, offices, warehouses and truck ( in the case of TDG) and then sell on what is left keeping the assets and leasing back the premises and facilities. They are slowing hoovering up shares and in a prime place to buy Ibrox and Murray park and do a long term lease back. Its coming, its the only reason they are involved. Bizzarley enough they use a property company called Celtic Property Developments. We need fan ownership with McColl and King supporting.

Who's going to be the figure-head that the fans unite behind, because that's what we need.

Don't think it can be Walter Smith as he has been part of the toxic board.

That MP that's doing the talking for the Hearts fans seems to be the kind of guy we need?

In a bbc interview with Paul Murray last week, he was repeatedly asked about possible admin. He swerved most of it but finally said " I believe we will need significant investment in the next twelve months". He didn't sound like he was looking for a headline or anything, actually he sounded quite sober about it. He did note that a LOT of money is still uncounted for and the release date just keeps being pushed back, time and again. Personally I think this is timed to suit people like Green, who are due to sell out at the release of the accounts. Yet again uncanny timing or, just another coincidence.

Can anyone confirm or give me their thoughts in relation to Laxey partners (Ed can you confirm) Laxey have a deal that their initial investment of over 4. 9% of the business is guaranteed at a minimum £1 per share and cannot be diluted. If as has already happened the share value at floatation hits say 70p laxey have been promised additional equity in Rangers so as not to lose on their investment. This again has already happened as my understanding is due to share value Charles Green has had to transfer 750,000 shares to laxey as soon as is legal to do so. Does this mean that continued poor share price performance means either 1. certain shareholders need to donate holdings to laxey. 2. Rangers would need to give Laxey cash to the value of difference 3. We would need to give them assets i. e. Ibrox Murray park etc etc this seems a very strange deal to me. Can anyone help. For reference I think if you google Laxey an STV article may shed more light. Like I was always told their is only 2 things smell like s*&t and 1 of them is s*&t.

McColl is a smart cookie and he knows that putting money in now would go straight into the pockets of the crooks. There is a game of 'chicken' going on over the club and the assets by crooks that bought them cheap and don't care what happens to them, and those that do care about them. And the more money you put in, the more they will just take out. And If you don't put the money in, they'll hurt your beloved club. They have played you all like a gypsy violin! The only sensible move left is to starve them of the cash they crave, and see if you can build something back from the broken bits that are left after they smash your club to pieces for a second time.

To the Laxey partners commentator above. Yes all these complex deals with third parties such as sports direct, merchandise, food, advertising etc,. The three and four year deals that never made long term sense were never supposed to. Administration or Liquidation will wipe it all out to start afresh.
Surely the club cannot go forward with greens deals in place for years to come?
No new owner can be asked to honour them.

The real problem is you are to much of a cash cow to the Yorkshire man and his cronies. There is no way they will allow you to get control D&P will again be allowed to give out preferred bidder status and keep McColl etc away and the merry go round will begin again only this time unless someone gives them way over the odds and maybe even if they do they will still sell/transfer ownership of Ibrox and Murray park then start to lease back to gain a perpetual income from any new board whilst dressing it up as the only way to get enough income to continue the charge onward to the SPFL

A real concern that they will present "cooked books" at AGM, we still can't get our accounts independently audited and signed off. As it need 3 years independently audited books before we can re-enter European competition and also to enter Scottish Cup!

Georgie boy, what's your take on Ally creaming in fans money £900k - £1.2m a year, fully complicit and encouraging fans investment and financial support of these guys. I really hope he doesn't plead innocence and "who me" bewilderment when he has been in on it from day one.

Attitudes like the anonymous poster calling me hallowed george are exactly why we are where we are today too many persons playing name calling and bitching at each other rather than trying to save our club, I am not claiming to be anything other than a fan that loves his team, EVERYTHING I have done from posting all over social media sites to flyer printing and now mass emails to Police/MPs and Press/Media has been to try and save Rangers from another asset strip fraud, NOT for personal gain. FFS unless you have only just joined this site I am clearly using a pen name to protect my family if ever any backlash from this and clearly from that I have no personal desire to be recognised in any way as a Rangers "saviour" (LMAO my kids would pee themselves at that) I am ONE fan the same as EVERY one of you and on SoS site and the Bears that go to Ibrox every game, IF we all did as I and SoS lads are doing and FOUGHT like F**K to save our club instead of just bitching at each other, Rangers might be a bit better off.

I am acting now on a solo effort at mass emailing EVERY possible organisation that I feel can help the fight.
You would be amazed the reaction you can stir if you send MPs, Police Senior Fraud Officers and TV/Press people 1000 times a week.

I eventually got through to 3 people that have assured me the London Met Police are 100% aware of the Fraud being carried out at Rangers FC they are pressuring Scottish Police to do something before another Admin and successful 'robbery' takes place at our Club.
2 MPs are involved and a number of Press both North and South of the border literally just waiting on story to break. the problem is the same as with Whyte before Admin 100% PROOF required before the s*** storm starts

The latest line of investigation is on the 'laundering' of monies through numerous companies and individuals to effectively 'disappear' the MILLIONS that have been STOLEN from us the fans and our club Rangers FC.

What downfall? They seem to be still there, doing what they have always been doing, in fact they seem to be strengthening their positions. You then post that documents have been passed and the London fraud office is all over it like a rash?, but then say the fraud office was already aware of whatever was given to them and the problem is proof?, so I take it by that statement whatever was handed over was just some rehash of what we already know or at least have heard before, finger pointing without any evidence. You claim you do not want recognition as a "Saviour", and that you are just a fan trying to save the club you love. Then, as has been asked previously, one fan to another, What? do you know for a fact that is or has been going on? Who is or has been doing it? Can you back it up with evidence? Why won't you just post it for others to see and make their own minds up? Why should it only be you who has this access to the "truth", therefor must be you to act alone? surely if you share the knowledge you have acquired then others can take up this fight with you increasing the chance of it succeeding. The only reason I can think of for not doing so is that there is no new evidence to share except what we have heard before or that you actually do want to be recognized as some king of saviour who let his select few into battle for the survival of our club. I have not and will not revert to name calling and I am not trying to belittle what you may have done, I just feel that you should not continually come onto these sites telling us that you are doing this and that and we should but without actually telling us anything that backs up your claims, "Show us you evidence", let us in on who you have spoken to in the fraud squad and what you have given them and what they promised they would do with it.

Have you any idea how long it took me posting EVERYWHERE I could on line to get ANYTHING posted? 9 months and a YEAR in some cases

I also found the SCRIBD site through a fellow Bear on here and put up my Old Firm Long Firm post and printed off 2000 to hand out at Ibrox

All this is more than anyone in Scotland had done since that wee P***K Whyte was shooed in by Ellis and Murray and TSB

It can't be a second administration as the first administration ended with liquidation. For someone who thinks they are so clued up on facts you should know this!

George, one response to loosing an argument is you attack with venom and insult in a very childish and moronic manor as appears above. Another way would be to actually answer the questions that people are asking of you and if you feel it necessary, even throw in a few facts that you can substantiate. I am only basing my next comment on the strengths of your previous posts but I do not think you have the actual ability to produce anything relevant or new to add to any possible charges brought in connection with ANYTHING. YOU are rude, spiteful and ignorant in all that matters and couldn't find your own A*S£ with help never mind any evidence of any wrongdoings at Rangers. "We are not prepared to sit on our arses and debate the rights and wrongs, the pros and cons or where is the 100% proof and factual evidence", maybe you should, weighing up the rights and rongs and the pros and cons is actually a good way of devising any working strategy, also I would suggest that if you are serious in your quest that trying to obtain the whereabouts of any proof and factual evidence might help (just a thought). Again I applaud your efforts but fail to see what you hope to accomplish at your meetings if no-one is interested in facts or the uncovering of evidence that might actually have a bearing on events.

I profess that the only knowledge I have on the situation is what I have read in newspapers and online (including this site), that is why I had a genuine interest in what George had to say and wished to learn more of what he knew, but alas, he seems to have lost the piece of paper that he had written it down on. never mind, I'm sure there are more dedicated people available to finish what he tried (and I thank him for a least trying) to do.

If these protest's, flyer's and meetings are anything like your post (no actual interest in proof and evidence, or even discussions as to where to look) then they have and will remain pointless.
It is easy to accuse, belittle and shout (he who shout's loudest ect. ) from the rooftops, it is harder to obtain facts that will produce results. So if your going to try, and you WAN'T to be held aloft as a hero, take the harder approach.

George comes across like a guy that does know something most don't at Ibrox but like John Brown he isn't gonnae be taken seriously by most because of his manner. Bomber came across as a bit of a drunken ned shouting and swearing and who knows maybes if he had a good media manner then Rangers would be in a much better place right now and not heading for Admin 2. Take note George.

I put a post in a couple of weeks back (ed. you didn't put it on)stated that London money men were sitting waiting for Rangers to go down the toilet again, and serious fraud were involved, (investors will not invest when the fraud squad are in the house) I also had in my post that at least one of the possible "buyers" has zero interest in sports investment. I don't know how much is left of our club to sell tho'

FAN OWNERSHIP IS THE ONLY WAY FORWARD

Fan ownership may well be the way to go but it would require a lot of organizing and help from established business persons to make it work, possibly someone like McColl. I think though it is something that could be discussed and as a previous poster stated would require a fans figurehead to push it forward, maybe someone with more knowledge about how this could be done could offer some advice and we could possibly also ask other clubs that have went down this same route.

John Greig would be ideal to be figurehead for fans ownership as Walter has supported Green in past by joining board to help sell shares then sell season tickets. If not Greigy then someone who hasn't backed Whyte/Green/Ahmad/mather. Myabe a legend like Richard Gough

George I admire your drive and efforts on behalf of the club and I hope you are rewarded with the result we all want- our club saved. Just a few questions if I may? Surely if the Serious Fraud Squad is now involved Green and others can no longer prosper from their crimes? Won't that knowledge allow people like Dave King and Jim McColl to invest in Rangers knowing the law changed to prevent criminals keeping the proceeds from their crimes? Why are the Easdales investing in shareholding if Admin 2 is days/weeks away.

I am not doubting what you say or have found out for one moment- just trying to get my head around some of seemingly odd contradictions.

So far George all you are doing is making comments with no evidence or foundation, and telling us what the future will hold (doom and gloom) with no justification for it either.

We had two men at Ibrox telling us porkies in the past and not doing or showing anything to back it up, and look where they got us. George, are you to be trusted any more than CG and CW? I've no prove, I've no evidence, but I believe there are some very shady deals being done at Ibrox.

In my work, the finance guy, can tell you how much a department has spent on stationery, transport, hotels. Our club "millions" just seem to vanish into a black hole.

For the final time to persons like Cajagogo I do not need to show evidence on here I did need to back up my emails to authorities they have the names of people I had been given and the type of scam they were operating, this has now started to be backed up by at least two other sources.

Simple they are transferring MILLIONS out of Rangers and they HAVE TO have Accounts to send the money to. this is the weak link, those found to have received money from Rangers bank will have to justify WHAT EXACTLY THEY DID TO EARN THAT MONEY?

That is my only area I am working on at the moment, I hope that all the work done by bears since first protest will finally pay off and get these crooks out the boardroom. george

OPBEAR in what spotlight exactly I live in London miles away from any attention and no interest in any glory I used a pen name for the last year protesting and posting for exactly that reason. I only want the same as SoS and any Bear that can see the clear theft going on at Ibrox. Bard out Honest people ideally part owned by fans. simple nothing more nothing less I am astounded that so many people on here get diverted by personality clashes rather than directing their anger at the board

George! I have the utmost respect for what u have done, and are continuing to do. I've been amazed at the amount of "Rangers fans" giving u stick in this thread. However I have a suspicion a lot of them are in fact Celtic fans trying to divide and conquer. No matter what don't be disheartened by all this s*** and continue to do what your doing. I have a solution to fix gers but it would mean every fan digging deep.

I am a Celtic fan and what George is doing is fantastic, just a pity that he cannot geteveryone to agree, too many supporters groups with their own agenda and not looking at the bigger picture like George is.

Glad u agree Celtic fan. I can't speak for every Celtic fan but all my Celtic supporting mates, except the most bitter lol, want a return to a strong rivalry, the best in the world, not the farce it has become.

All the genuine Rangers fans who are questioning George's motives need to have a look at themselves. Someone who puts their own time and money into doing something for something he loves, is clearly not doing it for personal gain.

So please, to all the bickering Rangers fans, put your differences aside and back guys like this. After all I'm sure he wants the same as all of us - Rangers back to the top of Scottish football. I think the fact that a lot of Celtic fans sympathise for our position, shows how bad it's really got. Don't let silly thoughts block the main issue and leave it until its too late like last time.

The only way forward is fan ownership!

WhitburnBear, it's not George's motives that are in question, it is his lack of any evidence to support all the claims he has been making in regards to police breaking down doors and fraud squad lip licking. If he hasn't got any evidence or he feels he cannot share any the he shouldn't be coming on here and telling us all that he has just single handedly saved Rangers from the bad men. If he's going to make statements like that then I'm afraid normal decent real Rangers fans are going to ask him how he did it and with the use of what evidence. The majority of Rangers supporters are not bickering, it's just difficult to make an assessment as to what is going on and who is responsible with the limited information available, so we wait, not because we aren't interested in our club or that we don't care, it's just pointless to argue over rumor and scaremongering until we have the facts, hopefully shouldn't be to long now.

I am ONLY interested in trying to get as many fans to unite as ONE and restore Rangers reputation that has been DESTROYED over the last 2 years.

It is bad enough that we are relegated to the lower regions of the leagues BUT worse for me has been our reputation being dragged through the mud by a conveyor belt of crooks/dodgy business persons and some disgusting people that should NEVER have got near a Rangers boardroom - WHYTE, GREEN, AHMAD, STOCKBRIDGE and MATHER (the vilification of a decent respectable gentleman AND Rangers fan Mr Malcolm Murray the true face of Mather and this board).

Hope we continue to blend as a team and I WILL 100% apologise on here and at Ibrox with super ally flyers IF McCpist turns this round and learns how to 1/ Manage a team, 2/ Carry himself in public with dignity, 3/ Sack his backroom staff.
