Heard rumours today that 3 big appointments about to be made, John Eustace will be appointed first team player/coach to help out Warburton and Weir on the training ground, also a new fitness coach is coming in, don't know who and also heard Neil Mccann will be appointed Chief Scout soon. I believe the first two but not so much the Mccann story, he will be on decent money with his media work. Prediction for Sunday Rangers 3 Hibernian 2, Waghorn, Oduwa and Danny Wilson scoring the winner.

All quite believable as the head of sports science from hibs is on his way to auchenhowie, Eustace if cannot get full fitness back would be a great coach and I have heard the rumour about wee McCann a while back and personally would love to see him take up that role

"Eustace if cannot get full fitness back would be a great coach"

What info do you have to base that statement on?

Thought MW says we were getting a premier league player in on loan this week?

Should have been 100% sure before mentioning anything.

Agree2 Disagree2

20 Aug 2015 16:16:48
Something not right about why cwoodloyal says 2 deals are off for players that's play the same positions, zelalem because his dad supposedly doesn't fancy it, surely then they'd force through the 2nd one for swift but that one is supposedly off now as oduwa has started well. Something isn't right about that

20 Aug 2015 16:29:14
Allan?

How do you come to that conclusion - no media outlets are saying so.

i suspect the silence suggests the lad has maybe weighed up the options and decided Glasgow is too far from family? maybe i'm wrong but I don't think I am.

Think the player was Zelalem, Wheeliejack, that MW was talking about when he says we're close to signing a premier league player on loan.

Deal isn't happening. Can't see us getting another deal before Sunday.

Agree3 Disagree1

20 Aug 2015 18:32:44
Cwoodloyal on follow follow has said the deal is off right enough and to be fair I think is usually pretty spot on with his info. Hopefully not this time tho. Wouldn't mind seeing the boy at Ibrox.

I hear Rangers are about to add much needed quality to our coaching staff

Craig Flannigan will be newly appointed as Head of Science and Fitness, which is great news and can only improve things around our development

Craig Flannigan is also a Rangers fan and is one of the best Fitness instructors in Scotland's game

As in Craig Flannigan the Hibs head of Sport Science? How did you find this out Kaz? No wonder Stubbs is whining like kettle!

Agree2 Disagree0

20 Aug 2015 14:02:41
Yeah TeddyoftheSouth that is the very man!

Smart if you ask me he already knows that even his work can't create miracles at Hibs

Losing Scott Allan is probably a factor and probably knows that even of Hibs get to playoffs the chances are quite slim in them gaining promotion to SPL

He wants to hone his skills at a club he supported and has bigger opportunities with Rangers focusing on Development

I find that worrying given some of Stubbs comments about how he trained his squads fitness preseason and the number of injuries they had.

Daily Record now reporting the part about Craig Flannigan. Hope Stubbs is raging.

Latest reports suggest that Charlton are not interested in young Zelalem, and further reports state that it is looking good for RFC to sign.

Fingers Crossed, eyes crossed and Bridgeton Crossed!

Zelalem is pondering whether to come to Rangers because he has family based in England and feels that he would be more of benefit in the Championship down South

In all fairness, it is of better standard than the Scottish Championship

He will probably get more game time with Rangers and there are so many other factors that would benefit the player more

The fact that Rangers play in front of a bigger crowd and they are a massive club steeped in history alone is a no brainer of why the player should come play

If he is only here to January with an option to stay longer, then I don't see what is holding the player back!

Apparently Oduwa is out of contract next year and Rangers have first choice on him. Same as Bell.

As for this arsenal player coming to Rangers, he and I quote ( I would love the chance to play for Rangers, massive club. Shame what happened to them. But in fairness I would get more time playing there than here at arsenal. And European football at most every second year, I'm still young and developmenting so that's a plus for me. Rangers I watched when they had players such as gazza and luadrup. The de boer twins. Rangers will be big again and I'd love to be part of that.

Other note big stefan klos ( remember him? ) reports in Germany. He has pointed 2 young players to Rangers.

GK. seib Lensair ( think that's how it's spelt )17 year old.

ST. Bratislav klose. ( son of German legend mirroslav ) he is 16 years old. Future first team ST. If he is half as good as his father snap him up.

Thoughts people are these true?

Think you just pulled that quote out your arse teeboy considering the boy from arsenal wasn't born when gazza n laudrup joined rangers and was three when they left.

You can't be given first option on someone who is out of contract. They're out of contract so they can do what they like. Hopefully they do well here and would like to stay though.

Klose's kids names are Noah and Luan. Took me about 20 seconds to find that out. Do your homework when spouting utter nonsense. You must lead a sad life to want to make that stuff up.

Think the only bit of truth in that OP is that Oduwa and Ball are both out of contract awith Spurs at the end of this season . Could be if they enjoy there time up here Warbs could try an make the switch Permanent.
