Snudge ur dreaming pal, why would he go to a club that celebrate second place. I only posted what the paper said. Why does a player have to play first team football before being considered as a good signing. Look at Fabrigas. Never played for Barca first time around and the scouting network at Arsenal didn't seem to mind We must have a decent scouting network who have spotted this young guy!

As a Celtic fan I am astounded that any Rangers fan would call Davy Weir a leech . The big guy was a stalwart in the last few seasons helping you achieve 3 league titles .

Having spoken to big davie on many occasions if the opportunity came up for a coaching role then he would bite ur hand off. however he feels he still has more to offer as a player and isnt ready to hang up his boots just yet.

He is milking the club and he would keep taking 1 year contracts till he was 50 if he could get away with it .away back to cheshire davie.

Guys i was told Kris Boyd is coming back to Scotland last week but not which club....I assume it would be Rangers as he met with representitives in Amsterdam. was not sure about this so never posted it but sky sports just announced he has terminated his contract at the turkish club!!

Time to come home son!!!!!!!

He's not been paid since he went to Turkey, could HE afford his signing on fee?

Boyd is a legend if only because he has one of the highest all time goal records for Rangers

Oh and before anyone starts spouting he will score 30 a seson etc! I am not disputing his ability to put the ball in the net. Yes he will score a load. However its about the calibre of the man as a person!

Ally was a true legend and scored for fun but the reason we love him was he tried all the time! He also stood up to be counted when the chips were down!

Didnt run off down south when he wasn't getting a game under Souness. Christ he was on the bench so often they nicknamed him "The Judge". He just smiled kept fighting and scoring and went on to become the best.

Boyd lacks class, lacks loyalty and most of all lacks the kahunas to be one of us!

Only up here to use the clubs training facilities while visiting family etc. he is not signing. wage demands at too much. he has had no game time and has hardly scored a goal. rangers can do better without him hoovering up what available money there is.

No-one has mentioned the fact that his spells at boro and in turkey have both gone sour and that this has surely changed his attitude to what he had at rangers, we will have a proven goalscorer in this league on a free on less money than before with a better attitude. Who cares about the past if he scores 15-20 in the second half of the season will u lot being moaning about his class as a man or the fact his goals won us 4 in a row. Answers on a postcard please!

Im not saying we should not sign him back because he left for more cash! That would be stupid. It was his attitude whilst he was here is my issue!

Would I leave my job for double money? Of course!

Do I work my ass off where I am out of principle and passion for what I do? Yes!

All I ask of any player is that they do everything they can whilst representing my team.

Will i be giving up my spot at Ibrox - no! If we signed him, would I support him? - Yes because I will ALWAYS do my bit! I hated the fact that we signed a wee pleb like Diouf but I still supported him every time he walked on the park.

Bluegenius i respect your posts mate but with all due respect, principles dont win you titles... Goals do! Everyone makes mistakes in life which Boyd has no doubt done but if he is learning then surely we can accept him back. We have dropped 6 points at home this season with 3 draws and the reason is that we dont score enough goals. Boyd is the answer as he knows what its all about in this country, league and our great club plus the full coaching staff know exactly what they are getting for free!!

I also respect your post and opinion. However I disagree that priciples dont win you titles. I firmly believe that when Walter returned it was his principles of teamwork, a strong work ethic and fighting for the cause that have handed us our past three titles.

If Boyd were to acknowledge he had a bad attitude at the time and apologised with a promise to work harder etc then yes I would be willing to hail his return. However it is only his supporters on here who have acknowledged his "mistakes".

Would 70,000 get in or would they restrict he number of people to the capacity we have got now?

Theres no way we would get that many fans as they are olnly going to trial it and am sure if anything it would be a specific section that ye wid have for standing ie where the away fans sit or inbtween the coapland and the govan corner is where we could have it but just a guess but a dont think we would get anywhere near the 70000 yer hoping for

1 seat = 1 standing so no change to capacity .

I'm pretty sure that German sides have a section for standing in their stadiums.It can only be about 2000, or 3000 at the most, so the front section east enclosure would be my choice. 4 in a row

Its only certain areas of the stadiums that could stand... not the whole stadium!

Met with an ex director today, can't give name. He told me that we are certs to lose the tax case and that we will go into administration. The reason that we will lose is because dm sent a letter to those players in the EBT that this was not a loan and the amounts do not have to be repaid. This apparently breaks all the rules of the scheme. Mr W will put us into admin and as the only secure creditor he gets his money back. He thinks the administrator will sell the best players as they are assets and he is duty bound to do so. There is also a suggestion that murray park will be sold. The creditors will get 20p in the pound and Mr W will buy back for about £5m. A consortium at £10m is being lined up for a club with no debt and only young players left. Apparently a transfer fund of £25m will be available with another £10m per year. This will all happen by march and there will be a 10 or 12 point deduction. Two of the ex directors will be involved.

Why would whyte buy back he will walk with the loot remember it cost him �18m but the debt to him now stand at over �30 not a bad return for 6 months,ive been told whyte not paid a penny to the tax,NI, and vat since he stepped in the door so expect another bill from hmrc

Of course whyte hasnt paid a bill for income tax and national insurance? Organisations dont pay it step by step they pay it at the end of the tax year.

Problem I have with this is that if we go admin then is there not a transfer embargo on a club for a season??

I really wish people would realise the reason we dont know what's happenin with this court case is really quite simple. It's because there's been no decision made so people who are claiming to know what's happenin r stirring up alot a nonsense n people are biting. The simple facts of the matter are if the worst thing does happen then we will stick by our club n get the club back to where it belongs which is top of the pile in Scotland but at the end of the day we will get back to the top no matter what happens
