Well what do you know.I put a post up yesterday about accounts not being complete and shareholders names missing with self proclaimed experts shooting it down think this BBC report will interest some people. So companies house rules clearly require FULL accounts within a month of the AGM so financial records should be out within two weeks max! Time to batten down the hatches storm is brewing and I think mccoll et al know it.

Agree, just read the statement and the other part about Sevco Scotland Ltd who bought our assests accounts being imcomplete? Mathers is a complete non-entity why Ally keeps thinking this man is a friend is beyond me. The delays and counter claims etc coming out of Ibrox at moment, is one of complete desperation and wish we the support could do more to help our great club.
Accounts only up to March? what a bloody shambles. although they are spinning the yarn that it puts us in line with most other professional Scottish teams. Why not do that from the begining? and Mr Mather swhy since you are so confident everything is being run right produce the last 6 months accounts since there is nothing to hide? could only strenghthen your place at top table when comes to the vote? of to the bookies to see if they will take a bet on him not doing that? ya coming Mr Black.

Well beofr ei go to footie just got latest don't bloody believe it another director,, god the other brother now there what a carve up
Greenock businessman Sandy Easdale has joined brother James on Rangers' football board.

His brother, James, was appointed to the board in July after Charles Green's departure as chief executive.

The board now consists of the Easdales, present chief executive Craig Mather and finance director Brian Stockbridge.

In August, Sandy Easdale, who runs McGill's bus group with his brother, bought Green's stake in Rangers to become the largest shareholder.

The millionaire was sentenced to 27 months in prison for non-payment of VAT in 1997.

But that conviction is unlikely to result in Rangers falling foul of the Scottish FA's "fit and proper person" criteria for club directors because of the time frame involved.

THought the boards brokers didn't agree with changing anything? OMFG

Does anybody know if there's anyway that we can view interim accounts upto march

Just get on with the sensible thing and vote all this sh7TE OF THE BOARD including the kray twins,. Dave King playing a very shrewd game

McColl's initiative has whimpered out. His big gun, the corporate monster, has walked away. Blin knew the city is behind the current board and McColl without putting in money doesn't stand a chance.
McColl needs to buy up shares to have a shout or to get people on the board.
Meanwhile still bringing in new players, spend spend spend. How much money is there come Christmas is anyone's guess. If its another admin, anybody owed money better get it now. Or it'll be a 1p in £ offer.

Surely accounts have to be from June/ July 2012 when trading started and up until now sept/ oct 2013.
Or is it TRIFC plc accounts since stock floatation only? So season tickets and income from last year not included. Or should they be shown in accounts of sevco Scotland ltd?

now I know why the board do not want an agm, why was this not known to me before, its got nothing to do with the cost

Do you really think King is the solution

Mind you - Fast moving con men seem to be the preferred description for a seat on the board

We have had

Whyte
Green
Ahmed
Stockbridge
Easdales (x2)
And not forgetting the first and foremost -
SDM
King looks right at home and in profile!

You miss one almighty point last caller, Dave King put 20 Million quid into Rangers, and wants to invest again, he never took a penny out, not one brass farthing, so get a grip before its too late, Tommyblue

Dave King is not only the man for Rangers but is the one they all fear on the board because hell take way there bonuses and salary.

Tommyblue did king not get £15m back?

Without full published accounts nobody can say who took money out. Remember its been 3 years since audited accounts have been shown only ever got interim accounts and now looks increasingly likely we never will. At least the public appeal by HMRC will name everybody and how much they got

No king did not get 15 mill back why would he have got money back are you not thinking about joe Lewis and his group

Sorry if this may seem thick, but does this mean they will omit the revenue from two lots of season tickets and 15 months of expenditure?
If this is right, I am getting that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach again.
AL.

Kings yer man lads. I do also think that McColl would be equally proficient at taking over and putting us back to the top. Something's going to happen over the next few weeks with regard to the board etc. so let's hope that these muppets all pack there bags and head off back to 'The City' as they call it. Rangers men is what is required before any more lasting damage can be done to the clubs credibility. WATP and PS. King/McColl won't move till the time is right, possibly 2014/2015 season is over i'd suggest. On the up

@ last poster. one word sums that up m8. deluded! Things are improving on the park but as SDM proved if its rotten within there's only direction it can go and as far rangers men being required am afraid its astute business people that aren't looking to line their own pockets first and foremost that's required. I admit they are few and far between but once in power they would slash the outgoings and start from the absolute basics i. e. youth players making mistakes but learning. I'm afraid the damage has already been done and its all about damage limitation now before its too late again!

Well said the last poster. The one huge problem that Rangers have is that the people on the board have all ploughed money into Rangers and that gives them voting rights, now are they likely to vote themselves out? On the McColl subject, will the big corporate investors back someone who has said he will not put any money into the club or will they stick with the guys who have backed the club by investing. If McColl is serious he should buy the club outright, keep it for 5 years with his lackies running it and then he will sell it for a huge profit, isn't that right, well it must be, because all Rangers fans believe he is the new messiah BUT he won't do that. You will come out of the AGM with the same people in charge, the same people moaning about them and the fans still blindly following the club and giving their money. I am not saying its a bad thing to follow your club BUT if you don't give them money then they will fail and then you stand a chance but at the moment they have all the cards and anyone who wants to join in the game will need to dig very deep.

@ last poster mccoll didn't say he wouldn't invest in rangers he said he wouldn't give green any of his money big difference and the board members have agreed to resign and then stand to be reelected at the agm {The Ed039's Note - board members aren't resigning, they must stand for reelection at every AGM)

@ ed what happens if all board members aren't reelected will there be other people other than the likes of Murray McClelland or can anybody stand {The Ed039's Note - they need to put themselves forward for election and be voted in by shareholders)

I can`t believe what I am reading! ON THE UP! For gods sake waken up!. We will be lucky to see this season out without more admin misery! You need to have 3 full years audited accounts BEFORE you can take part in euro competition. ON THE UP?

One thing I think a lot of people are missing here is that irrespective of who is in charge at Ibrox they CANNOT just plough money into the club. The club is now a public liability and as such an owner cannot just decide to buy a player or modernise the stadium etc because he is responsible to the shareholders. If that was hte3 case then Celtic would never run at a loss as they have a real billionaire as their majority shareholder but stock exchange rules forbid this. So, with that in mind unless the maverick McColl actually buys the club then you are not going to be any better off irrespective of who is in charge. My primary concern would be the amount of SPL players that Ally has brought in who are all earning thousands every week and the club has no money coming in. All the season ticket money is in, the IPO money is in and spent and now you have shareholders who are looking for a return on their investment especially the corporate investors who would have been sold guaranteed returns in return for multi million pound investment in the club. CG obviously had a plan of some sort, sure it was to line peoples pockets but the problem now is that he has gone and he was the one who got all these people on-board and he was the one who would have made these promises to the Venture Capitalists and Hedge funds. I feel that the current squabbling is nothing compared to what is to come.

To 'one thing I think' I don't believe that we have seen the end of Mr Green - is it not the case that he still has 5,000,000 shares if some internet reports are correct - what do you know Ed re any shares still owned by Mr Green? {Ed001's Note - impossible to know for sure, only shareholdings of a certain size get listed publicly. Any one of us could have a tiny percentage of shares and I would never know.}
