Rangers Rumours
Rangers chief executive Martin Bain says Kenny Miller will not be sold in January, but remains unsure if a new contract can be agreed with the striker.
Miller's current deal at Ibrox expires at the end of the season and negotiations regarding an extension have stalled over the past few weeks.
The 30-year-old was recently linked with a move to Serie A leaders AC Milan when the transfer window reopens to avoid Rangers losing the forward for nothing.
However, Bain has stressed manager Walter Smith does not want to see his leading scorer move on in the New Year and is open to talks resuming regarding a new deal.

Rangers Rumours
Rangers remain hopeful of tying Steven Naismith to a new long-term deal at Ibrox in the near future.
The Scotland forward has 18 months to run on his current deal, but the club is keen to keep him beyond that.
"I've had a few discussions with him and his representatives, " said Rangers chief executive Martin Bain.
"He's a great boy, and he's come in to the team and done exceptionally well. He's a young lad we would hope to hold on to for a number of years to come."
Naismith eventually arrived at Ibrox from from Kilmarnock for a fee of £1.9m after Rangers failed with repeated offers for the 20-year-old.
Walter Smith signed him in the final few minutes of the 2007 summer transfer window and he has proven to be a popular figure with the Glasgow club, something Bain would like to see extended.

Everyone keeps mentioning the bank as the reason why potential sales are been pushed but everyone needs to remember that were actually paying off our debt. I do believe that after this season, we will have paid off quite a chunk of our overdraft thus allowing our club to have decisions over its own future.
I don't think anything will come out of the tax situation, as I believe its murray international holdings will have to bear the responsibility if there's been any wrongdoings.
Nothing will come out of the tax situation – I'm fairly confident of that.
Rangers will retain the league.

Not a tic fan have allready said on this site
moves have been made to swap greegs with ceullar
bank say cash deal only
bougy has allready stated he can not wait to play in abetter league ser a roma miller needs to get alast pay day davis moyes needs steel in his midfield
hence the transfer to toffees
gers fans need to come to terms the take was never going to happen, walt has not got the balls to tell them other wise my friend who works for alarge bookmakers reckon there has been ahuge surge iin money for tic to win league
I don't see Cuellar returning, as the reason he left was to further his career in a better quality league and that he did.
McGregor is one that I think will eventually leave, however, he has the opportunity to become an absolute legend for rangers - so the ball is in his court.
Davis is the same.
Miller will always be loyal to his bank, especially now that he has nothing to prove. He came back to Rangers – lifted two titles and maybe the third – so he's proved his critics wrong.
I like Boogie, and the Italian league will suit him, but I don't see him leaving - not until the end of the season at least.
I have no opinion on the takeover, as the establishment press will only write what they think people want to hear - I personally think the tax situation could fundamentally block any potential takeover as what's been reported is a potential £20m+ bill which could double our current debt. I don't see any owner paying in the region of £50m+ to purchase rangers.
If what you're saying is correct about the bookmakers seeing a massive surge towards Celtic regaining the title then that's fine though I wouldn't read too much into that.
I do see Kris Boyd coming back to Rangers.why would you waste your time writing this
nonsence.

Jan players out - UNFORTUNATELY
McGregor - Aston Villa 100%
Bougherra - Newcastle, Blackburn, Stoke all tracking him.
Davis - Fulham, Newcastle, Sunderland and West Ham all looking at him.
Naismith - QPR, Middlesboro, Leicester possible.
Miller - Refusing to sign new contract unless he is highest paid player at the club.
Very reliable source but hopefully he is wrong with these, if they leave it will be the death of us.
Mcgregor to Villa 100% - Tell me were did you find out that? are you gerrard houllier or anybody on the villa board?
Bougherra - Yes I Suppose He Would Love to Play In The Premier League, But Newcaste Or Stoke? I Don't Think So Boughy Is Too Good a Player To Be Playing For Those Clubs Especially After being Linked With Arsenal And Roma
Davis To Fulham, sunderland , newcastle or west ham. You Got To Be Kidding Me Steven Davis Will Be The Last Player At Rangers To Leave The Club As He has already Said he Wants To Stay At Rangers
Naismith - Going Nowhere Hes Already In Talks To Sign A New Contract Along With Sasa Papac
Miller - HE IS GOING NOWHERE AT THE MOMENT SO PEOPLE SHOULD STOP WRITING DOWN CLUBS HE HAS BEEN LINKED WITH AS BAIN HAS ALREADY CONFIRMED HE IS GOING NOWHERE

Why post such dribble, as if rangers would let mcgregor, bougherra, davis, Naismith AND miller all go in January you fool.
Maybe miller as he is nearly out of contract so we don't want to lose him for nothing(like kris 'i'll shaft my boyhood heroes' Boyd). Naismith is flying and we don't have cover for bought but did here a little something about tabled bids for greegs and Davis.

Rangers Rumours
Rangers target Martin Stranzl has told his current club, Spartak Moscow that he wishes to leave after falling out of favour with manager Valery Karpin over the past six months. The Russian league has 90's Champions League style foreigner rules and this has led to the giant Austrain centre half demanding to leave in order to regain some first team opportunitues.Stranzl has consistently been linked with a move to Rangers and Celtic in recent times and his request to leave will have alerted both clubs. The player was also linked with a move to the Premiership last year and his desire to leave Moscow has led to his representatives asking the club to allow him to leave his contract with them early
