hearing down here from a friend of a sports reporter.that mccall will be part of a new look management team at the end of the season alongside davy weir with mark Warburton being the main man.
Warburton has asked for this to be kept quiet until Brentford have secured promotion or a playoff place.
in my view this would be great news for us.Warburton can rebuild us from grass roots level

I can't see that happening, mccall is actually a more experienced manager that Warburton, I think more likely you'll see Felix megath taking a director of football/technical director role with mccall looking after the 1st team

I honestly think that Felix as technical director and McCall as Manager would work wonders! McCall prefers fast wingers and 2 up front, so we can expect something like a 4-4-2 or a 4-1-2-1-2, I wouldn't mind a 4-4-2 I know it's going back to the old ways, but slight position changing and good tactics can make a 4-4-2 work. anyway, I reckon if McCall can perform well with the team in the last 11 games then he will keep his job and I wouldn't mind it at all! great record at motherwell done a lot with very little, it's a shame how they've ended up and was not his fault at all!

If we do go for a manager away from the ex 'gers player/rangers man senario then I would like us to bring in ian cathro in the summer with a clean slate & project with most of all time to rebuild the rangers playing side, let's think out the box for once and bring in one of the most respected young, youth coach in europe, cathro could be there for years and build a new rangers dynasty as he's only 28 years old, my choice from the start was billy davies with cathro as my 2nd choice followed by warburton/weir as my 3rd, so if we're thinking out the box it's cathro for me as he could be here for years!
