The rangers website says it's available to watch on rangers TV to those out with the UK.
So if you've got a VPN or siptv with rangers TV on it you should get to watch the game ok.
I don't really understand why it's available to watch this time when there are European games tonight just like the first tie which meant meant it wasn't broadcast at all.
Does anybody what is different this time around?
