I personally feel it is related. Decent cover up going on from SFA - will come out in the wash one day . McLeish was asked the very question two weeks ago and he felt the recent ban wouldn’t have a baring. He knows he’s lost his best keeper to the idiots on the disciplinary panel.

I think his decision is probably related. and who can blame him. The SFA call and punishment on the incident was pathetic.
