We had the privilege of having one of the Rangers coaches out at our kids football club last night doing a coaching session for the coaches and the kids.
I have to say I was extremely impressed by the standard and knowledge and positive attitude they chap brought to the night
He also gave us an insight into what Rangers are working on with the youths and
I was genuinely excited as they are looking at multiple formations and a very fluid midfield system
It would appear Rangers are looking at Spain and Globally at what works and how to implement that to the Rangers setup
We are definitely going in the right direction now
Mon the Gers.

Good post william king and very refreshing to hear that mate! When you mention the fluid midfield system and modelling the spanish way, that's a very good model, in my eyes! Our first team coach, michael beale has a very good level of experience, as he's studied different methods from around the globe. Beale actually had a spell, over in argentina, studying their coaching methods and systems, long before he came with stevie G, to us! Beale is very highly regarded, by steven gerrard!

If we can match the ambitious plans with the cash they need Rangers can go all the way back to the top
I would have thought another chunk of cash will be required in January but it’s good to see us buying young lads with potential and also giving the kids a chance.

Fluidity in the middle of the park is always good. I'm not sure a Spanish model would work though with physicality of the Scottish league.

Yeah Spanish teams with mobile fluid midfield would really struggle in our league. Or maybe they would be ok. Remind me how well teams from our league perform against European opposition again. Outwith us and celtic regularly knocked out by minnows.
