I never seen David Bates as much as most of you, but from what I saw he had the makings of a decent player, he was raw but did play some good games for Rangers, if Arsenal and Everton are watching him, they must see something, is there a sell on clause in his sale?

Ulsterman I’d say unlikely as he left freedom of contract. However, there will be a development fee due I think.

Bar 72, all clubs he play get a %. Not sure how much though could be buttons.
Remember after Armstrong went to England it was classed as an international move so development money went to united and non league team beforehand got hundred k.
