Regarding our upcoming betfred league cup semi final against aberdeen, i really do think that gerrard will and should play ryan kent, as our makeshift striker, through the middle, against them! With fredo morelos suspended and kyle lafferty cup tied, i reckon our best option, is to play kent up against the sheep's slow centre halfs! I believe kent would rip them apart with young glenn middleton,
playing in kent's usual position, on the left wing against the sheep!

I still think, as I posted previously, that he will have the front three constantly switching and moving in and around the channels, snapping at the feet of those pretty clumsy defenders and creating space and opportunities for each other, as well as midfielders joining in with deeper runs. Whoever is named as the 'central' player certainly won't stay there long, and we'll run the legs off them.

Super I thought our best option would have been Arfield through the middle but I kinda agree with you and Dutycalls. Kent through the middle might just work.

Our recent games have seen us scoring from all over the team, fantastic to see, and while its great to see us playing open, aggressive, fast football for me we still are not making enough chances in most games. For a team of strangers 2 months ago to how we are playing is a huge step forward great to be a bear right now.

Kent through the middle with middleton and Candeias either side, but with the pace and movement they have they can switch and interchange and with midfielder arriving in the box we can be a real handful for their defense.

although I think Middleton will grow into a fantastic player, I think once Grezda is up and running he will be there or there abouts. just paid best part of 2 mill for the lad. hopefully he gets up to speed during international break. although the way Kent and Candieas have played last 2 games he has got his work cut out to break into 1st 11. unless he plays in front 3 v Aberdeen.

Supercooper this could be an absolute nightmare for the Aberdeen defence, I love it!
We should play a 4-3-2-1 with Middleton and Candeias playing the wings and Kent through the middle. Then that leaves Ejaria, Arfield and Coulibaly to run the midfield.
