Anyone any idea of what it would cost to sign any of the loanees, mainly ejaria and Kent? IMO Ejaria is a great player. Passing is class and uses his legs and body like zidane. Please note I'm not saying ejaria is as good as zidane lol.

Don't know how much it would cost but I reckon the kent and ejaria would sign for us, let's face it with talent already at liverpool and the fact that liverpool will continue to buy top players it will be very hard for them to break into the liverpool team. So they either move to a leicester watford etc and earn massive cash or they play for us and have nights like last night👍. Take patrick roberts for example, he is now at girona in spain. 👍.

Far too much for us anyway. they've both got 4 years left at Liverpool.

I think we could pick up Kent for a training fee as I believe he is out of contract in the summer but Ejaria probably sees his future down south? Might be wrong 🇬🇧.

Bearmodes right. Might get them on another seasons loan though.

Blueberry, you've hit the nail on the head pal! I reckon we have a very good chance of getting both, ovie ejaria and ryan kent, on extended 1 year loan deals, after this season! I would love us to be able to sign both kent and ejaria permanently, but i don't think we could afford to buy them permanently! I've said as much on here previously!

Man city wanted 12 million for Patrick Roberts. How much donypubthink Kent and ejaria then would be valued at.

Would love to see them sign permanently but would think they will be too expensive. A year extension would be a good option blueberry

Good thing is that SG and his staff have brought these players through at Liverpool. He obviously knows how to nurture young talent. Hopefully the same will happen at Ibrox with our young players.

Cf bear, the point i'm making is that young players at the top prem clubs end up off the radar at some unknown club whereas we can offer a platform of european football at a massive club in front of 50k. That has to trump playing for girona for example👍.

Young players at the top prem clubs should let their contracts expire as the majority have no chance of breaking into the first team. Agents are greedy tho and advise these kids to sign deals purely for financial reasons and not footballing reasons. Now roberts has pretty much zero chance of getting into the first team, so why would man city put a 12mil price tag on him? Its greed. They are pricing him out of a decent move and effectively ruining his career. Young players down south should take note👍.

I honestly feel that both would not be worth what they would command in transfer fee, if we can extend the loans great, I’m sure Liverpool can see the benefit to these deals as opposed to the loans both players had in the Championship last season so we might get even better players on loan next summer. This is not the market we should be shopping in for permanent signings though, the money down south has distorted the value, just look at Waghorn.

A years extension. two years at club is as good as a signing.
