My reading on UEFA website leads me to believe that barasic can play against ufa.
This is because next round is classed differently.
I may be wrong, any views folks.

i read somewhere he was eligible for the group stages if we got there - but that’s not gospel.

Jboy. Regulations of the UEFA Europa League, article 41.07 states that he is eligible from the group stage onward.
