Steven Gerrard is of course his own man,
but i do see shades of graeme souness in him. The way he commands respect and fight from his players, the way he's started rebuilding rangers from the back, his mentality of us and them, that he said in his post match interview, after the sheep game,
the way he sticks up for the club, the tremendous team spirit he's installed, the same iconic midfielder, with a massive global name that souness had, even down to gerrard's new club tie, which is a design of years gone by! Really feeling very positive with steven gerrard as our manager! let's go!

i agree supercooper steve g is at the start of great things things for the famous for the first time in years i know we are in safe hands and it feels great bring on st mirren let's go.

The thing that has impressed me the most about SG is how good his signings have fitted in so quickly. I don't think there has been a failure. I know it's early days still but the signs are looking good.

Lets all calm down to a panic. The early signs are great but let's see where we are in December before claiming him the messiah after 1 league game that we drew (aye I know we win with 11 men) Some of you spouted the same about the hat banker and texas pete!
