I'm assuming by the lack of outgoings that's Gerrard and his backroom staff are also assessing each player whilst in spain.
Bet your bottom dollar within 7-10 days of returning from Spain there will have been a huge chunk of players moved on.
I'm saying anywhere between 5-7 players.
And a good 5-6 more will follow before transfer window closes.

To move a player on, you need a team interested in the player, you don’t just pay them off for being crap

I think the lack of outgoings is more to do with the quality of who we need rid of, we signed platers under Warburton/ Pedro who were just now good enough, they are on good wages and hard to shift
