Seriously, the incompetence of the SFA knows no limits.
If they had done their job right back in 2011 this would not be an issue. They have a cheek to re-raise this.
You'd think after incorrectly applying a transfer embargo upon the club in 2012 they would drop this charge.

Also the timing of this announcement is worrying. Why wait 8 months until the season ends? What took them so long? I hate Scottish football. They have hammered our club relentlessly.
