Currently papers are reporting Bids of £4million for Skrtel, £4million for Oli McBurnie as being tabled. I have no inside information on whether it is true or not, but it does look likely that there is more available than many think, but probably not as much as others would like.
When you add into the mix that the Scott Arfield contract is worth a reported £5.3million over 4 years it is clear that money is available.
At the end of the day this looks like being an interesting transfer window for us. We will undoubtedly be linked with every player that has ever heard of Liverpool, far less played for them.

With regards to investment on the scale of what people think, no one is going to know anything other than the folks involved with the actual investment, this is an absolute fact. Any "cranks" on here suggesting they "Know" about investment are just at it.
