For me Steve Clarke is the manager I want to be in charge in the summer he's done a fantastic job at killie and would take rangers where we need to be. Murty has done a decent job but not a manager for me.

He has done superb job but expectations are low at Kilmarnock. Could he rise to the expectations of managing us. Just have to see what happens. But if Murty gets 2 nd and we win the cup jobs his.

Allanlewis, although i want graeme murty to be our manager, beyond this season on a 12 month rolling contract, i do agree wholeheartedly with you, if its not murty, then we must move to appoint stevie clarke, as the permanent rangers manager! I keep hearing names like frank de boer, who i like, rino gattuso, who i like, but these guys have NEVER managed in scotland and in british football in general, except for the couple of months, frank de boer had, as crystal palace manager! Another expensive gamble imo! Whereas stevie clarke has massive experience within the british game! He's a very good manager/ head coach, who's worked under the likes of mourinho at chelsea, for years! He's worked at liverpool and has managed at west brom, where he was superb in his first season and managed reading! At kilmarnock into the bargain, clarke has done an immense job, there's no other word for it, on a shoestring budget! I'm very impressed with stevie clarke and rate him highly! Wouldn't be a massive gamble for us imo and he wouldn't be too expensive in both his wages and budget he'd command! Stevie clarke is a better option for us than both de boer and gattuso imo!

We need to go for Steve Clarke. He would not put up with the under performance. He would organise us to make us hard to beat which we are not at the moment. He knows how and when to change the game which unfortunately Murty struggles with. He also knows how to deal with top players and would be able to attract quality signings. We need to do something to get him before someone else does!

Steve Clarke would be a good choice, however let's be honest, Killie will play hard ball and will the board make an arse of it again like they did for McInnes.
