If Rangers appoint Walter for next year and give him a proper budget (Say £10m) we can win the league with the upgraded squad.

Walter Smith part could be in with a shout to win league if given 10m (unlikely though) but would not have Miller as no.2, Smith not likely to come back again but if he did I think he would want Murty as no.2.

Rangers will not appoint Smith.
The guy is 69 years old and a club legend. Why would he risk that? We need to look forwards, not backwards.

really Walter is done yes he was great and will be a legend. give murty £10m and see what he can do.

If Walter was interested he would have the job right now. can we stop talking about other managers and support Murty till the end of the season!

lads we have a guy in charge, who played in the top leagues, he was an internationalist, he has had a time to learn his job with his coaching years, ok he is young, but if he does the job this season, give him a chance next year, ok maybe with Walt part time mentor
