Alright guys don't know if anything has been posted on here regarding this but I can't seem to see anything about a fee for alves just wondering if anyone has heard anything.

Don’t think there will be much of a fee mate. We paid 500k, he’s 36 and injured. Rangers just want him off the wage bill.
I see he will have to take a pay cut at this Italian mob. Just shows you the sheer stupidity in the amount of wages we are paying him. I fully believe the rumours of us paying over 30k a week for him. Apparently he’s on a couple of grand more a week than Scott Sinclair! Madness!

Only seen that both clubs agreed deal, alves to decide on wage cut. We must play hard ball. If he does not go don't play him then he misses Russia

What is the point in doing that? Why should any player be punished for not wanting to take a huge pay cut? Would you be happy if your employers did that to you?

totally agree play hardball with alaves and get rid if his heart is in playing football and not the cash he will move to italy just shows how bad a desition it was to bring him in and put him on a wage like that in the first place

It's a wage cut and also a tiny side who are going to get battered every week so don't think he is going to really want to go but just depends how unwelcome we make him could be the main factor in his decision. but I'd personally want him to stay for me he is by far are best centre back to say get rid of him then give Wilson and bates new deals makes no sense to me.
