Why are the media going with the "hearts pip rangers to sign Naismith" patter? he was in the media pleading to get back to us, surely if we wanted him we would have went for him, we didn't want him so we didn't go for him, now all of a sudden hearts beat us to sign him. lazy journalism me thinks.

It's because it's a better headline for them than "Hearts sign player that wanted to sign for Rangers but they weren't interested in him"
