It looks like Murphy is a done deal. i'd like us to look at a pre contract for Scott arfield now. Out of contract in the summer and unlikely to get a new deal by the looks of it. A midfield 5 of Murphy and Candeias wide, dorrans playing in front of arfield and Jack would be a step in the right direction in my opinion with the likes of McCrorrie able to play in midfield or at the back, Barjonas able to cover in midfield and windass pushing dorrans and murphy for a spot. i'd also look at another right sided player to push candeias.
Rumours about tav and windass attracting interest from down south I'd do as much as possible to keep both unless silly money was offered.

Agreed controller. He would be the best central midfielder in the country in my opinion. Never understood why Strachan never called him up to the national team.

I watched Scott Arfield play at old Trafford on Boxing Day and he is a cracking player. Reads the game well
And solid in the tackle

A guy who is getting a lot of game time with a club currently flying in the EPL, putting him to the front of everybody's mind and with a good chance of playing in Europe next season. Aye, he'll walk away from that to sign for us.
